Anyway, this feels like a really good time to post a reminder.

If your trauma took place online, your trauma is valid.

If you could have prevented your trauma in any way, your trauma is valid.

If you got abused online or in any sort of situation that you could have "left", it is not your fault and it never has been your fault. It is always the fault of the person abusing you.

You are valid and you deserved better.
