With these simple Sopapilla Cheesecake Brownies, you can enjoy the best of all worlds: creamy cheesecake, gooey brownie, and sweet cinnamon sugar. Everyone in your family and friends will love this dessert!
Ingredients: 1 box brownie mix. 1/2 cup 1 stick unsalted butter, melted. 2 8 oz packages cream cheese, softened. 1 cup granulated sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 2 8 oz cans refrigerated crescent rolls. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/4 cup honey.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F 175C. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions. Spread the brownie batter evenly into the prepared baking dish. In a mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Unroll one can of crescent roll dough and place it on top of the brownie batter in the baking dish, pressing the seams together to seal. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crescent roll dough. Unroll the second can of crescent roll dough and place it on top of the cream cheese layer, pressing the seams together. Mix together 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the top crescent roll layer. Drizzle the honey evenly over the top. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set. Allow to cool before slicing into bars. Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients: 2 cups of finely grated apples. 1 cup of all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup of brown sugar. 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, softened. 1 teaspoon of baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon. 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg. 1/4 teaspoon of salt. 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract. 2 large eggs. 1/4 cup of milk. 1 cup of white chocolate chips. 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Cake pop sticks. Sprinkles for decoration.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F 175C and grease a cake pop mold. In a large bowl, mix together grated apples, flour, brown sugar, softened butter, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, vanilla extract, eggs, and milk until well combined. Spoon the batter into the cake pop mold, filling each cavity about 2/3 full. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the cake pops to cool completely. Melt white chocolate chips with vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth. Insert a cake pop stick into each cake pop, then dip into the melted white chocolate, ensuring it's evenly coated. Decorate with sprinkles while the chocolate is still wet. Place the decorated cake pops on a parchment-lined tray to set. Once the chocolate has hardened, they are ready to enjoy!

This Kartoffel-Pizza mit Rosmarin und Zwiebeln has the earthy tastes of potatoes, the fragrant scent of fresh rosemary, and the sweet taste of red onions. This is a fun and different take on regular pizza.
Ingredients: 1 Pizza dough store-bought or homemade. 2 medium-sized potatoes, thinly sliced. 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced. 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped. 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 475F 245C. Roll out the pizza dough onto a baking sheet or pizza stone to your desired thickness. Brush the olive oil evenly over the pizza dough. Arrange the potato slices evenly on top of the dough. Sprinkle the sliced red onion and chopped rosemary over the potatoes. Evenly distribute the mozzarella cheese on top of the pizza. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the potatoes are tender. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot. Ingredients: 8 ounces spaghetti noodles. 1/2 lb pork shoulder, thinly sliced. 1 tablespoon soy sauce. 1 tablespoon Shaoxing wine. 1 teaspoon cornstarch. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon white pepper. 1/2 teaspoon sugar. 1/4 cup water. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1 red bell pepper, sliced. 2 green onions, chopped. 1 tablespoon chili oil. 2 tablespoons oyster sauce. 1 tablespoon soy sauce. 1/4 cup chicken stock. 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water.
Instructions: Cook spaghetti noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside. In a bowl, combine sliced pork with soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, cornstarch, salt, white pepper, sugar, and water. Mix well and let it marinate for 15 minutes. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over high heat. Add marinated pork and spread it out into a single layer. Let it sear for 1 minute without stirring. Stir-fry pork until it starts to turn golden brown and crispy. Remove from wok and set aside. In the same wok, add minced garlic, sliced bell pepper, and chopped green onions. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes. Add cooked spaghetti noodles to the wok along with chili oil, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and chicken stock. Toss everything together until well combined. Return crispy pork to the wok and stir-fry for another minute. Finally, add cornstarch mixture to the wok and cook until the sauce thickens. Serve hot and enjoy!

The spices in these Moroccan-style chicken burgers add a lot of flavor, and the harissa mayo gives them a nice kick. A new way to make a classic burger!
Ingredients: 1 lb ground chicken. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup finely chopped onion. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tsp ground cumin. 1 tsp ground coriander. 1/2 tsp ground paprika. 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 burger buns. Lettuce leaves. Sliced tomato. Sliced red onion. Harissa mayo mix mayo with harissa paste. Olive oil for cooking.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, ground paprika, ground cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined. Divide the chicken mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties. Heat olive oil in a skillet or on a grill over medium heat. Cook the chicken patties for about 4-5 minutes per side or until they are cooked through and have a nice golden brown crust. While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster. Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom bun, followed by a chicken patty, sliced tomato, and sliced red onion. Spread harissa mayo on the top bun and place it on top of the burger. Serve your Moroccan Chicken Burgers hot and enjoy!

Ingredients: 2 cups brewed black tea, cooled. 1/2 cup lemonade. 1/4 cup granulated sugar. Lemon slices optional.
Instructions: Put the brewed black tea and lemonade in a bowl and mix them together. Add the granulated sugar and stir until it dissolves. Place the mix into popsicle molds. You can put a lemon slice in each mold if you want to. Put popsicle sticks into the molds. Put it in the freezer for at least four hours, or until it's solid. Take the popsicles out of the molds and enjoy once they are frozen.

Indulge in the sweet delight of Holy Cake! Crazy Crepe Cake. Layers of delicate crepes, fluffy whipped cream, and fresh berries come together to create a heavenly dessert that's perfect for any special occasion.
Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 2 eggs. 1 1/2 cups milk. 2 tablespoons sugar. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 2 tablespoons melted butter. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Whipped cream. Fresh berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries. Powdered sugar for dusting.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, whisking until smooth. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or cooking spray. Pour a small amount of crepe batter into the skillet and swirl it around to coat the bottom evenly. Cook for about 1-2 minutes or until the edges start to lift and the crepe is set. Carefully flip the crepe and cook for another 1-2 minutes on the other side until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining batter, stacking the cooked crepes on a plate with parchment paper in between. Once all crepes are cooked and cooled, start assembling the cake. Place one crepe on a serving plate and spread a thin layer of whipped cream on top. Add a handful of fresh berries on top of the whipped cream. Repeat this layering process, stacking crepes, whipped cream, and berries until you've used all the crepes. Finish with a crepe on top and dust with powdered sugar.
