A healthier take on a beloved treat are these Baked Oatmeal Raisin Doughnuts. They're flavorful, moist, and ideal for breakfast or as a snack. They're baked rather than fried, too!
Ingredients: 1 cup rolled oats. 1/2 cup milk. 1/2 cup raisins. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce. 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt. 1/4 cup vegetable oil. 1 egg. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. 1/4 teaspoon salt. Powdered sugar for dusting optional.
Instructions: Grease a doughnut pan and preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit 175 degrees Celsius. Place the milk and the rolled oats in a bowl. Give them roughly ten minutes to soak. After soaking, combine the oat mixture with the raisins, brown sugar, applesauce, Greek yogurt, egg, and vanilla extract. Blend thoroughly. Mix the all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a separate bowl. Stirring until just combined, gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Pour the batter into each cavity of the greased doughnut pan, filling it to about two thirds full. When a toothpick is inserted into a doughnut, it should come out clean after baking for 12 to 15 minutes in a preheated oven. After letting the doughnuts cool in the pan for a few minutes, move them to a wire rack to finish cooling. Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired. Savor your homemade cinnamon-raisin baked doughnuts!

A tasty and aromatic wing recipe with the ideal ratio of saltiness to sweetness. Perfectly baked, these wings are a healthier substitute for fried ones.
Ingredients: 2 pounds chicken wings. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 1/4 cup honey. 2 tablespoons brown sugar. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon ginger, grated. 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish.
Instructions: Combine soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, grated ginger, minced garlic, sesame oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Pour the marinade over the chicken wings and place them in a large resealable bag. For optimal effects, seal the bag and refrigerate for at least one hour or overnight. Bake the wings for 30 to 35 minutes in a preheated oven, basting them with the marinade that was set aside halfway through. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit 220 degrees Celsius and bake the wings for a further 10 to 15 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown. After taking the wings out of the oven, sprinkle chopped green onions and sesame seeds on top. Enjoy your hot, sweet-and-salty baked wings!
