I've spent most of the last two days laying on the acupressure "bed of nails" I got from Amazon, hoping for relief from the torture my body was/is putting me through. Oddly enough, moments of relief have arrived. I may have to spent the rest of my life on this thing, but it might be worth it. The bed of nails seems to have healing powers! After three days flat on my back on top of those pokey things, I am finally up and around again, feeling and moving like a human being, for the most part. After about 25 minutes, things start to get weird again unless I spend a few minutes on the BON. But still, I am so happy. For parts of the weekend I felt like the little girl in 'The Exorcist, tossing and turning around on the bed in pain, and swearing like crazy! Usually when people think I'm possessed it's because of the seizures... Either way, I'm feeling human again, at least at the moment! #lowerbackpain #acupressuure #BedOfNails #epilepsyawareness
