Hi, what will the rules/guidelines be for the bang? 😘
Hello!
We are still working out the full guidelines and rules. We hope people will give us input about what they would like to see in a bang in our interest check.
What we can say is that there will be no penalties for dropping out and that we are looking at ways to make sure this event is low-stress for everyone involved. We are also looking at ways to improve the experience for artists and ways to create a good, creative, fun and collaborative environment in our event. We think asking people to communicate well is more important than punishing people for having life happen to them.
Right now it's looking like most or all Bucky ships will be accepted. But we aren't sure if all kinds of content will be allowed yet. We may not accept things that fall under AO3's archive warnings. The event will be 18+ given the nature of the event.
But yeah please fill out the interest check if you have any suggestions or concerns (the link is on our blog) and we will try to address them. We know we can't make everyone happy but we do want to try to make this a nice experience for everyone interested in joining us. We've seen some of the concerns people have about fandom and about joining bangs and we hope we can address those.
