Image of Thalyssra says: Shandris. We sealed off Suramar to keep the Pillars of Creation free from Azshara’s grasp. The power she holds with just the Tidestone… Shandris Feathermoon says: I know. So long as it remains in her clutches, we have little hope of victory.
1. Even though Shandris had been accusing her and the Highborne of hiding while the others fought the Legion, Thalyssra still tries to talk to her and make her see reason. She’s not explaining herself because she thinks she owes the kaldorei explanation but because they had a reason to do what they did, and because Thalyssra knows that without a combined effort they will not be able to fight Azshara. And I just appreciate a lot how level-headed and logical and diplomatic she is.
2. Bless Shandris for not being as stubborn/resentful/prejudiced as her mom
Imma borrow this citation because it plays heavily into my take on Shandris. This reads very much to me like Shandris has spent a lot of time in an echo chamber that looked down on the Highbourne/Nightbourne, but those views never fully resonated with her. Being able to have a conversation with Thalyssra, regardless of how brief, helped her have more empathy for the Nightbourne. The fact that there WAS a reason beyond cowardice makes it easier for Shandris to discount hatred she was exposed to from other Kaldorei.
Shandris wants to find the best in people. So I think that makes it easier for her to set aside racial bias and generalizations and instead look at the individual's actions to come to a judgement or decision about their character.
we know how vereesa feels about blood elves, how about shandris and anya?

I think the main thing about Shandris is she is not particularly concerned with people's races in general, besides perhaps the night elves. I don't see here as having generalized opinions on any of the races, Horde or Alliance. She grants everyone she encounters the opportunity to prove themselves as an individual. The only reason she really notes her own race is because of her position of leadership among them. She is constantly aware that in the event when her mother dies or is otherwise incapable of leading their people any longer, she will have to step up and take even more authority beyond leading the Sentinels. Even if Malfurion becomes the overall leader, she spent so much time at Tyrande's side that she knows some Kaldorei would view her as more of a rightful leader.
With the blood elves specifically, we first have to look at how she views the Highbourne and then the high elves. Before the War of the Ancients, she was too young and also too separated from metropolitan Kaldorei culture to see the power hungry behavior of arcane wielders that led Tyrande to ban its use and eventually banish Dath'remar and his followers. Of course, she trusted Tyrande's judgement (though I think if Tyrande had ordered the Highbourne's execution instead of exile, Shandris would have questioned it at least privately if not publicly) but she never had strong opinions against them. It's also important to note that the Kaldorei weren't a part of the global community until after the Fall of Silvermoon, so she has always seen high elves and blood elves at the same time. She doesn't have any insight on what specifically is the distinction between the two 'races'. They seem to be the same people to her only separated by faction affiliation and I don't forsee her having an opportunity to have it explained more in depth.
She acknowledges their ability to be great, shown by how she goes through the Portal in WoD in search of Alleria because of her prowess as an Alliance champion, and how she works as a peer with Lor'themar during the preparation of storming Orgrimmar in BfA. I think she sees blood elves as both worthy adversaries and potentially helpful allies. I could see her having no problem becoming friends with Sin'dorei, if not for them being a part of the opposite faction.
Anya... never had much racial loyalty. Her loyalty was never to Quel'thalas as a whole, but to the Rangers specifically. Her brothers and sisters in arms (which, for this reason, I think she had and still has a good working relationship with Nathanos). She does not view the Sin'dorei as her people because she never viewed the whole of Quel'thalas as her people. Her people are the Dark Rangers, period, and that's where her loyalty lies.
In that vein, she doesn't think much of any of the Horde, Sin'dorei or otherwise. They are allies because Sylvanas determined they needed allies, and so she will be as civil as she is capable of (which basically means she won't shoot them, or rip their heads off without just cause), but beyond their use as complementary or detrimental pieces on a battlefield, she doesn't care about them. She does not have reason to socialize outside of the Dark Rangers, so she doesn't. The only consideration she gives is that she prefers them to goblins because at least they're less likely to explode.
