Ethiopia Konga Yirgacheffe over ice.

Ground 72g of Yirgacheffe coffee, fine, in my Hario mill.

Dumped the coffee in my french press then added 990ml of cold water to the coffee. (I did give it a good stir in this process.)

Cover and set out over night.

Pressed it in the morning, stuck it in a mason jar then to the fridge.

That brings us to the present. A nice mid morning snack.
