Headcanon time, bosmer edition

I was on le Wikipedia reading about weird animals and had a thought. What if bosmer had tapetum lucidum? It’s the thing that makes animal’s eyes reflect light- most commonly found in carnivorous animals that are nocturnal or have good low-light vision. The Valenwood is described as being so lush that the sunlight barely reaches the forest floor, and the bosmer are carnivores, so it makes sense, right?

Well, then I remembered that bosmer can have those pure-black eyes. Just imagine those eyes, where you cannot tell where the pupils, iris or sclera apart, suddenly shining in the light of a torch. It was that moment when I added this idea to my personal TES lore. I love my weird, chill little mer, and this just makes them better imo. 

Anyone is free to add it to theirs as well, and if someone can draw it, please, please do. Especially if you add a creeped out companion or enemy.
