I always thought SNK had the hardest final bosses, but Third Strike's Gill is right up there. I may be crazy, but I remember losing to him for an hour he would start spamming taunts, dropping his difficulty to where I could finally beat him.

Playing this game at the age of 10, made me a Jojo fan for life. The game is made by Capcom and is on par with their other 2d fighters. And the music is awesome, as well.
