Letting go of your old self, dying in order to be reborn, is a process & you are allowed to move softly through this. The path isn't always clear. There is confusion, there is chaos & it is normal, that you cannot see clearly sometimes. Try not to resist the changes, that are wanting to take place for you now. What's going on is your entry ticket, into a new way of living, moving & relating. Allow yourself to feel. This is my mantra these days. You are evolving, releasing, transforming & opening up to the love that you truly are. This chapter is not about things staying as they were. This chapter is about you unfolding & taking up the space you deserve, therefor outgrowing all the places once fit in, but that now more so feel like cages. This chapter is about freedom, love & fullfilment, & for that, everything that is keeping you small, has the permission to leave your energetic system now.
Our love was a fire.
It began as a flicker—a single spark in a sea of darkness.
It grew quickly, wild and consuming, touching everything in its path.
A fire like that brings warmth. It draws you in, mesmerises. It burns away the doubt, the pain. It distracts you enough to make you forget what cold feels like.
But fires like that never last.
If they aren’t extinguished, they devour. And there’s no beauty in the destruction.

Discomfort is one of the best teachers.
I love watching the lyrics to my favorite songs on Apple Music while I listen.
