Breakfast Omelette with a twist! Today I added quarter of a cup of cauliflower mash and the usual dash of milk to my omelette mix. The result was a lighter and fluffier omelette. This one also had some rather tasty organic sausage and bacon and Swiss cheese. Paleo Stuffing anyone? So Christmas came and went early this year. With most of the family off to Australia for the holidays we got together for a massive Christmas dinner for 10.
