Hey guys, I'm trying something new. This is my first time posting something I have written on here, so I would really appreciate it if you would take the time to read it.

I saw someone talking about the experience of being trans (specifically ftm) and being sad about not being able to grow up as the gender they were born, so I decided to write my own take on that. I hope you like it (:

I don't believe in many things for certain. I don't have a clear answer on what life means or what happens after, but I often find myself wondering if different timelines exist. Along with that, I wonder if our past selves never really die out. If somewhere out there every version of ourselves that has ever existed lives in their own little bubble where time never passes and things never change. If that is true, somewhere out there lives a little girl in her bubble with starry eyes and a bright smile who dreams of growing up and becoming a princess. She has a clear path for the future and never questions it. Outside her bubble, that girl grows up to be me, someone who questions the future a lot. This version of her doesn’t dream of growing up to be a princess, he dreams of growing up to be comfortable in a body that looks very different from the way it does now. I wonder if that girl in her bubble would be disappointed. If she would cry if someone told her she learned she was very, very far from a princess. I don't regret what I have grown to be, and I am happy with the path my self discovery has taken me, but I wonder about that little girl. If timelines can be different, and if there are versions of me in other realities I will never meet, I hope she has her own. I hope she grows up to be a beautiful woman with the same starry eyes and the same bright smile. I hope she never stops wearing princess dresses and covering every item she owns with pink glitter. I may not be the girl she dreamed of. I may not be a girl at all. But I hope somewhere out there, she is. I don't mourn the person I have become, but I mourn the person she hoped I would be.

TADC EP 9 POST WITH NO SPOILERS

Maybe I'm stupid but I don't understand why the finale is getting so much hate. I understand it wasn't what everyone wanted and it was hyped up A LOT but it was still a pretty good ending to the show??? Idk why everyone is so upset. Again, I understand being upset over little things like everyone always has been. Most people who liked the show had little problems with certain details, that's fine! But everyone is acting like the entire final episode is horrible. Of course everyone has opinions and that's perfectly fine, but I feel like a lot of people are just going with the crowd. If you watch something EXPECTING it to be horrible, you're probably not gonna like it, and I think that's what's happening.

So this might be a stretch, but I was just thinking of Gangle's connection to the car accident. Does anyone else think maybe she tried to kill herself? In the fast food episode (episode 4 I think?) She kind of threw herself in front of the truck. In the latest episode, she was having a breakdown with the masks spinning around her and then a truck showed up. It's very obvious she was depressed and didn't plan on living very long (dropping out of school, stopping doing the things she loved, etc). Maybe I'm wrong but I think it's possible??

Kind of a rant here:

I genuinely believe cringe culture is one of the worst things that has happened to us as a society. Yes, maybe things like TADC and Hazbin Hotel (and other things ofc but these are the first ones that came to mind) are "weird," maybe they aren't like all the shows we are used to, but why is everything so fucking black and white? I understand 2020 was cringe and horrible and oh my god people learned self-expression what a horrible thing, but why is NOTHING allowed anymore? Sure some people in 2020 went way too far and some of it was "cringe," but a lot of people also learned how to dress and act and express themselves the way they wanted to, why is that so bad? If something is niche it's cringe, if something is mainstream it's cringe, if something is basic it's cringe, if something is unique it's cringe, literally why? I understand not everything is your taste, that's fine! That doesn't mean everything else is cringe. Some people use the excuse of certain things being for "edgy teens" or "confused lgbtq+ people" okay and? Obviously I don't believe lgbtq+ people are confused, being one myself, but if that's what you believe, okay?? Let "edgy teens" and lgbtq+ people have something they enjoy? And if they grow out of it, okay, you can say you were "right" and laugh about it, but allow people to like the things they like, even if it's only a "phase." And of course I know there's always the argument of "just don't care what other people think," which of course, yes, but it's still so infuriating. I hate the way every form of self-expression is demonized because it's "cringe." I would much rather have 2020 cringe tiktoks and outfits that you can simply bypass if you don't like them than having everyone everywhere calling literally everything "cringe" all the time. Genuinely grow up.

Sorry this is really long, but this is a topic that pisses me off a lot and I wanted to talk about it.

A big wall of empty space followed by a spoiler doesn't actually hide it from anyone. It just makes it take longer to get past.
