When I feel creative, sometimes I make something. It's not always that great, since I don't devote much time to artistic endeavors. If I like it enough, though, I'll post it here.

Hi Aila,

I’ve been browsing the selfie tag to help me practice my (almost nonexistent) art skills, and I figured I’d do a quick doodle of a picture you posted since you said you felt self conscious about your awesome face. (I’m still getting used to writing up these explanations without sounding creepy, sorry.) I’m just sharing it with you in the hope that it will brighten your day at least a little bit!

Fun fact: okapi (and their relative, the giraffe) have purple, prehensile tongues so they don't get sunburnt as they use them to grab leaves.

"King Penguin on Blue" - my first experimentation with that oh-so-fancy minimalist style. I'll probably be playing with it more.
