This generation is so lost in terms of relationships. In this day and age, loyalty consist of being true to someone whom isn’t true to you but sticking it out because you “love” that person. That same love is then taken for granted and only expressed to manipulate an individual when in the process of trying to move on. We adore those who ignore us and neglect those willing to give us their attention willingly. We say things like “ I want someone real “ while continuing to provide second chances to someone whom we know is REALly fake. Men live by the motto of hoes being nothing, yet they’ll sacrifice a relationship with a good woman for a bunch of “ nothings.” Women claiming they want to be treated like Queens, yet walk away from relationships because “ he’s too nice, he treats me too good, it’s too good to be true.” He wants a good woman but doesn’t intend on treating her good. She wants a street nigga with no manners but wants him to respect her??? Relationships don’t have to be hard but we make them difficult. We run away when it’s too good, we hold onto a situation that is actually the worst then complain about the results. If your relationship doesn’t have complete honesty, loyalty, respect, support and love then it’s not a relationship…it’s a distraction from something real. Stop complaining about what you’ve chosen to stick with and begin to love yourself enough to refuse to make an investment in someone who mistreats you.-D. Reed

It's sad they can't see the difference
