I'm sorry you have to remember something so shitty. Cheating is awful and no one deserves to be a victim of that. Adding murder on top of all that is just overkill. Don't blame yourself for what happened. The evil of others is out of your control.
You deserve a break from your past. Do some self-care; maybe some breathing exercises or positive affirmations. It's okay to take a step back from things if you need to. I think you've more than earned it. Take care of yourself, alright? Time heals all wounds and luckily enough, you've already gotten at least a timeline's worth of distance from what happened.
