This is a place for my art, potential ramblings into the void, and things i found funny... and whatever else I want.

Sometimes I'll use tumblr a lot, sometimes I'll forget about it for a few days (sometimes a week, or 2 or 3). In short, I use it infrequently.

I've been drawing my whole life, and nobody taught me how! I also know how to make edits in ibis paint (using it like ps)

I hate ai generated art and writing and will block ai "artists" on sight/discovery. I will not take complaints about my stance.

I have adhd and sometimes chain like, so, sorry if I make anyone uncomfortable by that, I promise I have good intent.

Sephiroth: Where’s Zack?

Genesis: He went to get an extra instrument. Why don’t you look happy about this?

Sephiroth: Because the last thing anyone wants before they’ve had coffee, processed their surroundings, or psychologically prepared for human interaction is to open their eyes and see you holding a flute, Angeal with a cello he’s clearly never played before, and Cloud Strife wielding an instrument I have serious doubts he knows how to operate.

Angeal: Hm. We didn’t consider that.

Sephiroth: Do you have any idea how terrible the nightmare I just woke from was? I dreamed I was abandoned by my mother in a burning laboratory while Hojo took notes on my psychological distress for a research paper.

*Cloud immediately starts playing a perfect rendition of the saddest violin music known to man*

Sephiroth: ?!??

*Zack walks in holding a concerning object*

Zack: Got the bong you asked for.

Genesis: GONG. I SAID GONG.

This is so real

I once tried to do a project, a novel, with an artist who had already designed characters, a world, different locations, etc. Great, I thought, half the world building is done. Then in the first chapter, I needed to describe the MC breaking in to a castle. I go to my partner and ask him to design a castle, thinking that art is his area, perhaps he would like to go wild with an awesome castle. "This is the castle," he said, pointing at a fantasy castle he pulled from the internet as inspiration. "It should look like this."

But... what is the floor plan? Where are the walls? Which rooms are where? The character has an extremely sensitive nose and ears: what will he hear, what will he smell? What challenges are between him and his goal? How many guards? What are they wearing?

The stare that I got. The STARE.

Anyway. I designed a basic castle, but the project quickly folded soon after.
