It was rainy and it was cold…
Amazing time today as I got to see another little roadside motel I’ve been meaning to see but really really wanted to see this one since a recent purchase and new owner has it slated for demolition next year
I haven’t shared any pictures of it yet but here’s one because I’m still so lost in thought about this day. The rain, the passing cars on the wet road, the wind blowing the doors open and shut and the old decaying building that lay before me… The amount of awe I was in at the environment and feeling around this place. Really one of those moments to treasure
As of sometime this week demo equipment has arrived on the scene and it’s unknown when they will start. Last I knew they planned to place condos on the property and it was all to be put in motion in 2023. I’ll hold onto the memories of seeing this place as long as I can as it’ll all soon be gone.
