2am. You twist and turn in bed, sighing, you’ve given up on getting sleep tonight. Getting out of bed you feel a gentle cold breeze, it’s around November so its just going to get colder. Looking out the window you see an ocean of stars that you’ve probably seen a billions times but it still manges to take your breath away. You live on a farm, taking over it after your parents passed away. You never liked the city, too much noise, too many people and no stars were seen at night. The farm always had a peaceful vibe to it. Just you, the farm, and the stars just the way you like it. A small town stood 45min away and the closest city was about an hour and 30 minutes away from town. You made your way down stairs, turning on the light that covered the 6 chair oval dinning table. You aren’t really the type to make friends easily so you dont have many friends that vist. In the kitchen you start feeling in the mood to make some tea. Soon you are on the porch, cup of tea in hand setting it down on the circular table, leaning back on a rocking chair, you gaze at your surroundings. In front, a corn field sways with the wind and you turn your attention to the stars. You kinda feel like a grandma sitting on a rocking chair, but its relaxing nonetheless. You have loved the night sky ever since you were little, your father was mostly to blame for that. Every night he would sit on the porch and stare at the sky not speaking a word and just cherishing the moment, you would join him in the silence until mom called. He always told you that once he passes he would sit on the stars and watch over you. Feeling the cold breeze you curse yourself for not getting a blanket. Taking the last sip of tea you decide to head inside and try to get some sleep since you had a shift at a diner in town at 6am. You look up in time to see some sort of meteor crash in the corn field. Quickly running inside for a flashlight, coat, and shoes. You feel like a child running to the tree on Christmas day, excited to see a meteor up close you make your way through the corn field. Holding your flash light you creep up to the crash site only to stop dead in you tracks. A meteor is nowhere to be found instead some sort of spaceship stood. The spaceship is probably the size of one and a half of a classroom, the outside walls were a faded sea green color, the door was hard to spot but it had more of a shiney coating. It landed alittle tilted, it probably looked like a good landing except for the fact that it was it was in the ground. You saw the door lift up as something stepped out. Not having the strength to move you stayed still staring at the alien walking out the door. Your flashlight stared at the ground, the only light source you had to work with was the flickering lights from inside the spaceship. The alien looked human like, sort, blonde hair and was wearing a loose white shirt. Walking forward the figure fell to its knees, passing out, you couldnt help but to think, shocked, what is going on.
