🌹Simple anti stress bath spell🌹

It’s been a stressful time recently and I decided to try and do a simple spell to feel better about myself and de-stress.

Ingredients:

- Rose water

- Rose buds

- White candles

- (optional) shower gel for sigils

Directions:

1. Light candles while thinking or whispering your intent. For example “I am calm. I am worthy of love and acceptance”

2. (optional) draw a sigil with the shower gel on the bottom of the bath which reflects your intent.

3. Stir in the rose water and rose buds. continue to think/whisper your intent while stirring.

4. Enjoy your bath ♥️

💧Sea Starved💧

Ever since I was young, I was always very connected with the ocean. I lived very near the ocean for a part of my childhood, but all that changed when I moved away. When I'm in the ocean, I feel connected with all. The entire world is connected through this one big current. There is so much life in the ocean and it draws me to it, but if I'm away from it for too long I become depressed and unmotivated. Luckily I will be visiting the ocean very soon during the summer. And I'll be able to feel connected once again. Sorry if this was boring I just thought I would share this little piece. Do you ever feel this way?
