In Endgame, when Morgan is introduced while wearing the Rescue helmet, Tony kisses her on the cheek.

Based on the behind the scenes clip RDJ just posted, when Peter and Tony are reunited, Tony kisses him on the cheek.

Tony acts the same with his biological daughter and Peter.

This is confirmation to how he sees Peter. He sees him as a son, proved by how he communicates him emotion and shows his affection.

It’s canon. Tony Stark views Peter Parker as a son.
