Avery isn't your sister.  She is no blood relation of yours.  The only way she could be considered your sister, would be if you were still a Corinthos.  You tossed that to the curb (can't blame you for that), but, you also severed any family ties to the Corinthos line once you did so.  You could still claim Christina as your sister, because you grew up with her as your sister, but Avery is absolutely no relation to you. Who's to say the Judge would agree with you, that Sonny isn't fit to be a father, but what reason would he have to give custody to you?  Kiki would be a better choice, but maybe that judge..maybe even Judge Walters (though he would have to recuse himself since he's dating your grandmother)..maybe the judge would decide that Avery is better off in foster care than with any of you. Is that really better than being raised as a Corinthos? This is ALLL about revenge, so stop lying to yourself to justify your actions and admit it.  The look at that and realize you've become worse than the people you claim to hate.  Yup.  Edward would be proud.  You barely knew him, and you turned out just like him.

Never thought I'd say this.

It was worth the wait.  This actually would explain a lot more than just the current storyline, it will probably bring in the mysterious older sister, and a really good DD story (Connie was ok, and it was played out well. I just had a hard time with one single trauma as a teenager, causing that kind of break) hasn't been done since Vicky/Nicky (OLTL).  TG is making me cry now, and the make-up for his switch back to Luke is really subtle, but adds just the right amount of detail to really portray physiological reaction to the kind of distress Luke is in.

Maybe that's because women are already, culturally predisposed to have this skillset, and men, typically, are not.  I think it's commendable for any parent to go outside their personal..dunno the right word, but "box", if you will, to do things for and with their children.

How about those single Mom's that may otherwise not have any interest in sports, but go out of their way to learn about their up and coming athlete's interests to help them practice?. It's the same thing. 

When a parent sets an example to others, including their children, that going beyond yourself to make others feel special is a positive thing.  I think that's to be commended.

So is Luke still stashed somewhere else, or did Helena put a major whammy on the bonafide Luke?  If it's the latter, they've been setting this up for decades, considering the Jerome portion of the timeline on this. HTF are they gonna play this? PS: While this is all interesting and unexpected; I'm still sick to death of the whole Fluke thing. Resolve it already :(
