Theres this WHOLE THING on tiktok lately about an incident that happened 2 years ago with a woman who had hashimotos and had to be airlifted from her like 2 mile hike because she got heat exhaustion and the amount of people practically telling her and people who defend her to basically off themselves is ridiculous.

Fat people are not "what's wrong with the world"

There's over 400 genes that determine a human being's weight and how easily they can lose or gain weight, there's even a evolutionary thing we don't need to use anymore but still have called "thrifty genes" where in times of little food, your body hangs on to fat and weight a hell of a lot easier and it's harder to lose.

Wanna guess how many people are estimated to have this gene? Over 85% of all human beings. That, on top of how you are raised, your cortisol levels, stress, and any other fuck ass medical issues you might have such as thyroid problems leaves a large amount of people solidly in the "obese" lane which can be very hard to get out of.

Fat people are human fucking beings, if you believe yourself better for being skinny and believe they should hurt themselves, then you need a reality check.
