I have no idea why I made this AU. I just found the concept of "Irresponsible older brother and responsible younger brother" very cute :3

(Is low-key inspired by @crispy-art-on-fire's calculated love fic, but instead of Shockwave, it was Bumblebee who found Soundwave and took him in.)

Further expansion on my ideas below

I imagine Bumblebee feels so guilty for getting wasp framed for a crime he didnt commit and being tricked himself by someone he thought he could trust.

Bumblebee is the villan in wasp/waspinators story. But it doesn't mean hes a bad guy, he feels immense guilt and self hatred for the whole situation, because in the end longarm/shockwave was the root of it.

Bumblebee and wasp had the same dream as well, to join the elite gaurd, so I imagine Bumblebee would see himself and wasp as similar (in spirit not just frame) because what if the situation had been reversed?

I imagine also shockwave morns the loss of having a yes man that validated his autobot disguise.

This could be interpreted as both waspbee and longbee/shock bee, hate isn't that far from love as they say, but if it was its definitely a messed up kind.

This took literal weeks because ive had no time to work on it but now it is finally done!

Evil shockdad AU idea: Earthspark Bumblebee returns to the space bridge park because he is depressed about continuing to go undercover. He accidentally wakes up Shockwave and the two almost have a fight, until they realize that Shockwave still doesn't have all of his systems working because of his time in stasis, and Bumblebee, unable to take down someone helpless, simply wants to leave and warn Optimus directly, but can't let Shockwave alone and escape.

Bumblebee stays with Shockwave while trying to communicate with Optimus. He doesn't answer him, so Bumblebee gets frustrated and accidentally share too much about his experience "pretending to be dead". Shockwave realizes that Bumblebee has daddy issues. Now he wants to adopt him Manipulate him to use him as a shield against autobots.

I'll probably do more of this evil shockdad AU, idk, I still don't upload the drawings that I made from the other one- (Read the tags btw)

Hehehe even with his optic and wires being pulled he still looks for bee (idk something about eyes being the window to the soul or smt)

thank you! and yeah, that scene was basically there to communicate shockwave's shifting priorities and how even when megatron is literally taking him apart, he cant stop thinking about bee even when hes reassuring megatron of his loyalty.

so, your art pretty much sums up perfectly whats happening in that scene.
