How my writing process looks to anyone who doesn't write
Time to feel my feelings and go through it because I will grow from this.
I mean, I recommened both, but we’re all on here for the journals, so 😂 ✏️📓 . . . #bujo #bulletjournal #bujoideas #bujoinspo #showmeyourplanner #showmeyourbulletjournal #weeklyspread #bujotracker #bujocommunity #bujolife #bujosetup #bujoinspiration #bujoweekly #bulletjournalideas #bulletjournals #bujoweeklyspread #journals #plannerjunkie #journal #bulletjournaljunkies #bulletjournaling #journaling #bulletjournaladdict #bujoaddict #showmeyourbujo #bujoaddicts #mybujo #mybulletjournal #journalgram #bujospread https://www.instagram.com/p/B6FR5qTJsXL/?igshid=1sojq4udhntui
Discomfort and More Medical Logs
It's at this point, I should probably point out that I had gotten rid of my Inattentiveness and Tiredness Tracker. I had those trackers because when I started journaling, I had just come into the realization I have ADHD, and needed to prove it so I could get medication.
Journaling helped with the ADHD, but it also made it worse as I tried to do more than what I had capacity to do. Trying to work beyond my capacity was one of the primary reasons why I realized something was wrong.
As a result, I don't need those trackers, but I do need my Discomfort/Pain tracker, because otherwise I will tell other people (and myself) I am perfectly fine.
The logging system was added to this tracker so I had a place to explain where the pain was happening. A pain in my stomach is very different than my ankle being a bitch to me due to my aging ass.
This does mean I had to make a spread for each month, and I chose to keep it in the front so I could compare everything. As for why each day was given two lines, this is to track my pain first thing in the morning and then again in the evening. As it can change throughout the day.
There is also a blank gap in the trackers, and this is to give the little card in the second picture a place to be. It was much easier to make a card to tuck into the journal that has my keying information for this tracker.
Cause again, I need to redefine my key system. Also, this has information on what should go into my monthly medical log, because I will forget.
I absolutely admire this post. It's useful and explained really well. I always thought the same thing to get rid of my basic trackers, especially now that I've done it for so long it's become a non negotiable habit for life. But this tracker could not only come in handy for me, but also my kids. Amazing!
