Hey that post you just rbed of the men smoking w the ropes around their neck is AI. figured you weren't into that and would like to know!
i know it's ai art! i find that blog fascinating
I like how the art there is clearly fetishistic but (to me) deeply unerotic. I, too, enjoy the idea of ken-doll style men being killed mercilessly, but the overall scenes created are so clinical, uncanny (not because they're generated, but because of the specifically unspecific ways which they have been generated to look). the beautiful white men are always being killed by equally beautiful white men. so it strikes me as almost a form of self harm. or solipsism. there's no fiction to accompany it like a lot of fetish posting on this site so i feel like it invites more interpretation from me. the fact that the cigarettes are only given at the moment of execution. it's like overkill. a celebration of self destruction at the moment of destruction by the other.... but again: no feeling. sanitized. the men are clean, expressionless. they don't care that they're about to die. so what's the point of the final kindness of the cigarette? everyone in these pictures is apathetic. is that part of the fetish too? the disconnection? I wonder if the artist seems themself as the executed or the executioner or neither, if their titillation comes from the fact that they are so far removed from their doomed men. that they're the architect of all this apathy. is it about playing dolls? killing some of the men and positioning the others as killers-- an ultimate sort of authorial power fantasy? and why put it out into the world at all? very little engagement on the blog. is the artist seeking approval? do people who share this specific fetish even exist? I've never seen any! if the motivation is control/power, I find the choice to display the art on a no-note blog to kind of undermine the fantasy. and this too fascinates.
