i realize my 3 favorite story-driven video games are fourth wall breaking meta commentaries on video games that incorporate common game mechanics like saving and restarting into the story as an actual timeloop that the characters are being put through, where the only way to break the cycle is to just stop playing
those games being undertale, the stanley parable, and doki doki literature club
who abandoned their edgy ass 14 yr old at Walmart
i think this is kinda goofy looking but whatever you get the idea
Would everyone please consult the graph
Got the list
Imagine, if you will, an office worker. His job is simple: pressing buttons on a keyboard when he is indicated to do so by the monitor. But today, his simple job will be interrupted by a mysterious force. The man's name? Stanley. And he's about to find himself wandering through... The Parable Zone.
i feel like...i'm missing context
FINALLY watching Digital Circus 'cause I've been putting it off for literally no reason even though everyone in my irl circle told me it was up my alley. It's an adult cartoon w/ appealing animation, colorful horror like DHMIS, and i've heard it be compared to the Twilight Zone and IHNMAIMS (and it's got a lot of Raggedy Ann references, which. I love Raggedy Ann. I read the books growing up and i have a giant doll from the 70s) And impressions from the first two episodes? It has the exact eerie vibes I was hoping for. It reminded me of one of my favorite ST Voyager episodes (the one with the clown). Idk why I avoid shit that's tailored to me.
for all his nobility and grace chakotay is also by far the senior officer most likely to sell a crew member (very possibly tom) to one direction
T'Pol: Captain. It is against regulations to sell Malcom Reed to One Direction. (she would look the other way if Archer did it)
Spock: It would be illogical to sell Doctor McCoy to One Direction.... Although perhaps it would be somewhat pleasurable. *whimsical flute*
Riker: Ha, we're not that desperate yet. But I got their contact information - start packing, Data! *wink* (he's joking, he wouldn't do it)
Kira: To sell- that's despicable! To do that, we'd be no better than the Cardassians! Let me talk to these One Direction, I'll show them where they can stick up their offer.
Michael Burnham: We're not selling anybody. We're a crew, and a crew solves things together. Hail the One Direction.
Saru: Well- if it's you think it's necessary, Captain.... Are you sure there's no other options?
Chakotay: Listen, Tom, I don't like it either. But you understand the situation.
