faith in another person is hard to come by. Batman and Spider-Man have a no kill rule, no matter how deranged the villain might be. they believe that with the right amount of faith and trust, rehabilitation is possible. if you ever feel like you should be sent to the gallows for something you did, you are not as bad as the joker or the green goblin! (admittedly the bar is quite low on that one). you always deserve a second chance. you are good.
be more long form. watch movies, listen to podcasts, watch long ass YouTube videos without looking once at your phone. we are ruled by short form content, we are ruled by the novelty of it all. and novelty is a drug of notoriously short supply.
give yourself the opportunity to see everything that you can do, because the ceiling is only set dressing.
In a branch of paths your life can take, what you have done cannot change, regardless of the decisions you make now. But how your life will progress depends on whether you die on the hill that you climbed, or take responsibility and be the person you are.
You are not your mistakes!
Sometimes, all it takes is one day to shake your life up, in all sorts of ways. Experiencing that day is beautiful. It leaves you with a new outlook on life, and makes you realise what is important to you. I hope you can have your one day. You deserve to have your life shaken up in the best possible ways.
Sometimes, a hard reset is needed to get what's troubling you out. To put it frankly, you need to vomit mentally so you can actually start healing and cleansing. It is difficult, and exhausting and you will not like it when it's happening but you will flourish in the long term. Rethink how you're going about your life, and whether you can vomit some of it out.
You will grow, in numerous ways and shapes, and it will seem scary. But it is inescapable. Not only will you survive, you will thrive. Do not back down or lose the part of you that makes you, you.
Show up for yourself. It doesn't have to be a big gesture that shows everyone how great you are, it simply needs to let yourself know that you are here and it will be okay. Please keep showing up. You are loved.
Hype yourself. You are a work of art and deserve to be looked at as such. Make this and every other day one where you remind yourself of your worth.
The sleep after you cry your eyes out is considered the most peaceful. You wash away your troubles and just rest. Nothing else matters at that point, no matter how great or insignificant the world may seem. Feel it the way that lets you sleep peacefully afterwards.

we are here to live. not survive. it is okay to show up for yourself and not be hanging on by a thread at the end of every day. there is just as much space for you as there is for everyone else. keep going, you're doing great.
find what pleases you, and don't let go of it. too often ive let go of what made me happy because i didn't feel like i deserved it. it's bullshit. what matters is whether we want it or not.
just like you, life is not evil. there are bad phases, it may last a day, or a week but there are bound to be better days. you will bounce back and become better than yesterday, but not as good as tomorrow.

you are loved and safe. do not let go of who you are, you'll do everything you set out to do. it gets hard at times but never impossible, trust yourself.
you've done a lot of good in this world. don't let mistakes consume you, you have so much more to show for yourself and people will always be there to see it. give everyday your best, and look out for yourself.
