Me: Shadow is a huge fucking dork who isn’t good with dealing with/showing emotions and fusses over his friends when they get sick and stress-bakes cupcakes at 3 AM and got really weirded out the first time he saw snow and–

After all it wasn’t exactly normal for them all to drink alcohol and be used to it. Ah, perhaps Shadow was the odd one amongst his alternates. Though surprisingly enough he wasn’t ashamed of that.

” As long as you don’t force yourself to drinking, it shouldn’t be that awful to have a drink.“

Shadow shrugged. He supposed the other wasn’t wrong; hard to be wrong when talking to an alternate. Still, he had a point.

“True. However, I suppose it doesn’t hurt to try things at least once. Never know unless you try, I think the saying goes.”

“I can tell by your expression that you’re one that isn’t used to drinks, are you? How is it? ”

Yes, Shadow had offered his alternate the shot and downed it without any hesitation, but now that he did notice the other’s slight discomfort in between, he quickly noted it. He’d be checking on this one a little more. 

Ah, he still remembered the first time he managed to drink so much, it would have probably killed any other person.. That hangover was very.. Awful to say the least. If he could, he would try to look out for the alternates who aren’t used to alcohol.

"I'm not, usually don't have the time for it. It's... different, to say the least. Not quite a bad different, though."

He supposed it wasn't too bad for his first time drinking. Definitely could be worse, he figured.

Though the situation could be considered quite.. Strange.. Getting drunk with his alternate selves and all.. It honestly didn’t matter now, did it? Shadow handed the other a small glass filled with thick, brown liquor. 

Not even a moment after he had passed the other glass over to the other Shadow - he was honestly considering to just call them all ‘brother’ for tonight- Shadow lifted his own glass quickly before downing the liquor, quite enjoying the bitter aftertaste of the shot.

Shadow nodded. While he wasn’t as accustomed to liquor as the rest- often being barred from it in one form or another, it wouldn’t hurt to try a little... As the other Shadow, he hadn’t quite settled on what to call the other, passed him the glass, he knocked back the shot.

It was... a bit unpleasant on the senses. Though, not that bad. He gave the other a smirk.

Shadow wasn’t sure what to make of it. This was unusual, especially with what he was seeing before him. Neo Metal Sonic was... well... a metal sonic. Either way, it was best to hope for the best that he wasn’t feeling too hostile. Stepping forward, Shadow braced himself when he spoke.

“And just what do you have to say for yourself?”

Shadow chuckled softly, holding out a hand for the other chao. It wouldn’t hurt to accommodate both of them, after all. He should pay attention to both, after all, while he was here.
