When you're sitting in the same room as him and that makes you want to cry, then you can hear his voice talking a few feet away from you and that gives you physical pain.  Then, you hear him say, "I'm good, I'm happy," and you can literally feel what is left of your heart shatter.  He has officially confirmed that he is happy without you.
