I share this to encourage my family and friends. As most of you know by now, My gift is fitness and health. If you have any questions or concern in this area, I believe that this is one of the Gifts God Granted me and I want to use it to encourage my loved ones and those transitioning to making better lifestyle habits.....It takes time and patience but you can do it. I am sending you a quick view of my past 3-4 year project. I want to also remind you guys that Prior to giving birth to Victor , I maintained a 135-145 Lbs. That year I was determined to do the iron man, So I began training for it. But shortly did I find out GOD had other plans. Fast forward, Today I maintain 150-155 in general. I feel as this is where I am balanced. Upon giving birth to Victor at my last doctor weigh in I was over 200Lbs. Yes Pregnancy was healthy and Victor was only 6.5Lbs. . So as you can imagine. The rest was H20 weight.....pregnancy etc......and only lost 12lbs from the 1st two days of delivery. I NURSED and my weight didn't budge.. My results of TODAY have been a result of hard work , determination and a lot of veggies and a LOT of LONG walks. Most of all I have not accepted any traditional excuses. " I am a Mom, a student, someone's future wife and corporate employee"...its too cold, tomorrow"...my car accident of 2K16...that totaled my car. .. I know that it is a constant battle of the mind. Before you can really take on any journeys, you must prepare your mind because the physical is easier than the mind. You have to feed yourself with Positive things of encouragement daily. I also have leaned on many of YOU. So all this to say THANK YOU for your kind words , support, LOVE and honesty. I CONTINUE To do this because GOD gives me my LIGHT!
