These guys are the ones running the show here! Well sorta-
They control the mechs! Every mech has its own sentient AI, and they are being tested for experimental object and face recognition systems. These guys are unknowingly testing those every day they suit up! Along with tons of other newer tech they think is just security overkill.
Their names (experimental numbers) are Viviana (3), Hudson (11), and you of course! (28)
Their outfits match their mech's!
Honestly, with the work fits, it feels like I'm just humanizing the mechs...
They can wear whatever shoes they want, but they have to be black or one solid color.
All of them have their hair up because it's better out of the way when they are working.
They live in the staff complex of the Plex, a small area on the third floor that's staff-only but allows visitors with approval.
Oftentimes, they will just sleep in the room behind their mech's greenroom. The company is nice, and it gives them time to do one of their priority tasks. Bond with their mechs!
They work 10 am to 6 pm Wed-Sunday's, and when they are off the clock, they are allowed to wander the plex and do anything they like as they please! They have security passes to enter every single area except for one, and that's the management office area. They eat at the buffet, but can chose to eat somewhere outside of the plex within a mile. Any further and they start to get intense headaches and nausea. They can't leave. But, they do have goffers! There are some staff designated to assist them with these sorts of things. So you want McDonald's? A new mini figure from a store outside of the bounds of the plex? They'll go get it for you!
The price to pay for a roof over your head huh...
If they need to travel anywhere with management, they don't experience the symptoms. They aren't exactly sure why, but you have an idea.
I thought it would be funny to have Hud side-eye reader because they look inhuman...

Hudson: Huddie, Hud, Doc (He has the fastest time out of anyone besides Roxy in the raceway)
Reader: Estrellita, Little star, Shooting star (fell down a flight of stairs in front of the others once when the daycare attendant was brought up.)
