Housekeeping:

Clues are mostly generic Stranger Things, so although it was made for the Byler fandom any Stranger Things fan can participate! I've posted separately a hint for non-Bylers or new Bylers, that you might need for one of the clues. No cheating if you're a seasoned Byler :)

This will probably take a while to solve, so don't worry if you're busy today!

Clues are intended to be solved in order. Each clue relates to either the Location (Tumblr URL) or Password, as marked above.

Collaboration is fine and may be necessary! However if you want to try to solve it on your own, block the relevant tags below for each clue #1-11.

When I made this hunt back in Oct, there was not much activity as far as people actually decoding the clues. Someone reached out yesterday for help on Clue 1, and it got me thinking it's possible some people just got stuck on the first clue and didn't go any further (I admit it's challenging haha). I wasn't giving out hints before but might as well now if anybody else would be interested!

The hunt is from Halloween but can be done any time. Clues are intended to be solved in order. See pinned for all the clues. Remember, you can also work together if you like!

Have you solved the clues before it yet? The Lucas clue won’t be very helpful unless you do that first. Solving clues in the order given is the best way to do it.

I’m not going to give out hints just yet, I encourage people to discuss together! Think of it like how we analyze the show and build off others’ ideas. 😊 However if everyone gets super stuck on something I’ll give a hint.
