A custom order I just completed! This is a 4 inch hoop with seed beads, bugle beads, and different types of plastic floral beads. I love using iridescent beads it just makes the design look so pretty!

My first non- heated rivalry themed beaded embroidery hoop! Outside of my art business, I’m a therapist in private practice. I primarily work with adult clients who are late identified or diagnosed ADHD and/or Autistic. In the last 4 years I’ve also been conducting adult ADHD and Autism evaluations. I love helping clients better understand their needs, values, and boundaries to live a more authentic life.

Recently I’ve been feeling a bit stuck clinically and realized rather than keeping my art side separate- I can use it in my work with clients. So last week I totally revamped my psychology today page to show that I’m an art friendly therapist who is open to using creative modalities in session!

Room 1221 keychain! I made this while I was teaching two of my friends how to embroider. I taught them a few different stitches and how to follow a design pattern. I’d love to one day host art workshops, therapy wise I am leaning more into my creative side by encouraging clients to bring their art to session or asking if they would like to use some of my supplies.

The beads and the results. This was a custom order I finished early last week. It was super fun to recreate the quote in this form with these colors. The person who ordered it had bought another piece from me and shared she planned to used them as decor for her April Heated Rivalry themed book club meeting.

Jersey keychains! These actually take longer to finish than the hoops but they turn out so cute. I've perfected my methods over the last few months, writing our the last name on the jersey is a lot harder than you think!

I rarely take videos of myself while beading

I am usually looking like a hunched over goblin

I get worried about storage on my phone lol

I take a lot of breaks to find the right bead, unknot threads, things like that

Anyways, I am open to commissions for Heated Rivalry themed beaded hoops! I'm also considering leaning into some other fandoms, probably RuPaul's Drag Race, since that's one of my other special interests.
