I'VE JUST MADE A GENIUS DISCOVERY!!!

A DISCOVERY THAT HAS...almost certainly...been pointed out here before. BUT I'VE MADE IT REGARDLESS!!

Out of curiosity, I was doing some research into the names and species of all the birds I didn't recognize in Ducktales (2017).

Regarding Jim Starling/Darkwing Duck from the Duck Knight Returns episode, this was the first image that appeared for a Starling bird:

Whereas most common starlings have this dark, purple, iridescent plumage all across their body, the Hildebrant's starling has a red and yellow chest.

Dark on the outside, but covering a bright red and yellow colour scheme underneath...

finally got to do the may palette!! the idea is pretty old and i just saw an opportunity...

i wanted to do something cute with them ever since my last year inktober that featured Sanji (friendly) bullying Chopper, and when i was licking the whisk while baking cookies i realized it'd fit them just right. at the end, everyone got what they wanted: i experimented with the lineart brush, Chopper is eating something sweet, Sanji is happy that no single drop of dough goes to waste, and the venison roast is gonna be deli- ahem.
