I don't really see anyone talk about how Derby was probably groomed or sa'd when he was younger... I feel so bad for him sometimes.

In the Preppies Vandalized cutscene Derby says "Don't play innocent with us! I tried that when father caught me with nanny. He gave me a good thrashing and I've got half a mind to give you one!"

Obviously he had a nanny who looked after him because his parents probably just didn't give a shit so they just hired someone to do it for them. I just think about this line constantly, also his father (like all the other preps dads) was abusive, blaming him and not the literal adult being weird.
