sometimes i think about how i used to not realize i had hallucinations at all despite very obviously having them

usually when people tell me "do you hear voices?" i think about Literally just hearing voices and go "well no not really" because its too straight forward of a definition. ive had multiple visual hallucinations as well where id "see" things, but i wouldnt See things at the same time. if that makes sense idk
