There's no single formula for a great talk, but there is a secret ingredient that all the best ones have in common. TED curator Chris Anderson shares this secret -- along with four ways to make it work for you. Do you have what it takes to share an idea worth spreading?
Teleportation of ideas. From one mind to another. Identical neuro connections only though voice and face.
1) One major idea
2) Give your listeners a reason to care #curiosity intriguing questions
3) Build the idea with familiar concepts the audience knows
4) Make the idea worth sharing
Did you know there is a secret language of leadership that determines who reaches the top in politics and business? In this fast-paced and frequently funny T...

Creativity technique #2
Bad Idea
Choose an industry or other initial area that interests you.
Think of the worst idea you can within that area. It could be silly, funny, or otherwise just not able to work. Take a few minutes to think of something and write it down.
Now take that idea, and find a way to make it into a good idea! What elements of it might you be able to use?
Example: A bad idea might be cell phones for pets. A cell phone integrates a lot of functions, so are there any that might be useful outside of the typical calling, texting, and emailing components? Pets could have a GPS to keep track of their location, or the video functionality of phones could be isolated for a device that could monitor pets while you're away.
Creativity technique
Take one word from one book/ web page and from another page. Now you have two words combination - that is your opportunity. Build a product around it and satisfy people.
Spend a few minutes thinking this through.
What do each of the words make you think of or remind you of?
What you would sell
Who you would sell it
How you would go about it.

Expected rewards
What is determined - designs no motivation. Personally, if is known that something will be gained despite efforts to accomplish it, actions would be minimal or absent at the best case. What is promised in the course of time - does not create a psychological commitment. That is, if person will be rewarded after x time, then he will not improve on the highest scale as that reward is already promised - nothing seemingly can influence that event. The point is - reward should be unexpected having a wish to maximise individual performance. In this case, individual, at least theoretically, will crave to perform at his best to achieve a promotion, which should not be guaranteed. Expected rewards reduce interest while unexpected rewards - do not
Business philosophy
Business is a risky yet rewarding path to choose. People have powerful ideas as well as even more powerful fear to realise them and reach the accomplishment. <Just do it> mantra works and beats overthinking for a while what let’s focus on performance. In doing so, several forces and obligations touches and fear brings us off the track. Obligations as well as rules are a result of convention accepted not by us. In entrepreneurship it is extremely crucial to act flexibly. We cannot follow rules if they are not leading where we want to be the guests. Therefore <There are no rules there - We are trying to accomplish something>. Accomplishments form those rules others follow. It is not a sin to disobey.
Health and creativity
I would say that creativity and madness are far from being connected. Health is a foundation for creativity. Health composes mental hygiene. Lacking good health, individual cannot function properly thus may become obsessed in one way or another. Self-development starting from initial stages is the great beginning for fluorishing outcomes. Health means optimal functioning both physically and psychologically. Mental state contributes to creativity, thus for creative performance it should be highly intensive. For such intention health is needed.
Creativity and motivation
It seems that inventiveness is a psychological superiority which is capable of connecting old dots into something unseen. It is easy to think that personal energy to create and invent things demonstrates itself by fort determination. That drags into thinking of correlation between creativity and motivation. When a subject has a goal perceived as important, then s(he) will invest huge amount of energy in achieving it. The conclusion may be generalising. That creative people are always motivated and those who are motivated - are creative. Psychological commitment and good mood are the key.
Personal focus and performance
Focus is a fantastic asset. Environment provides plenty of data - too much to be perceived all. Evolution taught humans a selective approach. People focus on events or things which are meaningful to them. It is crucial when it comes to performance. Person hardly could perform well, if a task is not relevant to him or her. That person could also find many distractions which damage general outcome. It is a mistake to reward such individuals as any stimulation may create an unpleasant habit. Instead of focusing on tasks or anything else - individual will focus on rewards instead. It seems clear that if individual concentrates on reward instead than on a task, then he will become more skillful at receiving promotions than working to deserve one.
Reward and performance
Having any reward in perspective increases the scale of performance. Increase of salary, paid vacations or any other incentives stimulate performance in the work place. The person works harder to achieve satisfaction that awaits after his or her success. Although having a gift in perspective creates more forceful commitment, in the long run it does not serve so well. Constant reward corrupts satisfaction mechanics and person instead of thriving - becomes lazy as reward comes to him anyway, thus it harms performance. Perspective is much more influential factor to individual performance than the actual reward.
