You're stuck in an airship with the anachronistic cast of Mistborn. Where in literal hell are you sitting?

i know it's not technically an actual option but I would choose to sit in Marasi's lap
I'd rather be in outer space šø

B is clearly the only viable answer. Steris has everything you could possibly need in her bag, if there's any sort of emergency. Sure, I'll probably lose some of my own things to a sneaky hand from behind, but I'll at least find some interesting new items after the flight! (Marasi might also reign him in a little bit, hopefully.) And Wax serves as a shield of intimidating energy from everyone else.
It's also almost the furthest away possible from the hell corner that is Leras, Ati, Hoid and Rashek.
this is one of my favorite things Dalinar has ever said
Stormlight Archive au where everything is the same except Nale says "I'm batman"
Kelsier/Hoid art idea:
Kelsier, looking beat up (cut lip, black eye, limping, the whole deal), and smiling, points behind him and says "You should see the other guy"
Cut to Hoid with one (1) kiss mark next to his lips, looking absolutely devastated
what if Kelsier and Hoid.........
What if..?? This is LITERALLY them.
what if Kelsier and Hoid.........
Kaladin's traits:
7-letter name
Name starts with K, 3rd letter in name is L
3 vowels in name, with 1 i and the other two being the same vowel
Always survives
Associated with scars
Associated with spears
Sentenced to death, but it didn't work
Is a Cognitive Shadow
Is a religious figure (even if no one knows it yet)
Punched the guy that ruined his life in the face (Roshone)
Kelsier's traits:
7-letter name
Name starts with K, 3rd letter in name is L
3 vowels in name, with 1 i and the other two being the same vowel
Always survives (or so he claims)
Associated with scars
Associated with spears
Sentenced to death, but it didn't work (the first time)
Is a Cognitive Shadow
Is a religious figure
Punched the guy(s) that ruined his life in the face
I would swear that these two are the same person if it weren't for the difference in personality being so large
Coinshot vs Windrunner fight where both think the other has the same powers as them but they keep doing things that don't make sense.
Old man fight
I canāt even write a caption for this oneā¦
My brain is rotting, I can't believe Hoid has a crush on Kelsier.
WHY HE HAS A HAWAIIAN SHIRT WITH MARE FLOWERS!? I can't believe that horrible shirt belong to Hoid, that's something only Kelsier would wear!! That man stole Kelsier's shirt!!!???
Kelsier x Hoid was a funny joke but now it's not funny, it's terrifying.
Hoid: This was fun. We should do this again, just hang out and insult each other.
Kelsier: I am going to kill you.
Hoid: Eh, Iāll believe it when I see it. Same time next week?
Kelsier: ā¦Fine.
Brandon's new accidentaly gay incident is Hoid having a crush on Kelsier and I might need an ambulance for this one
Brewing thoughts on the Kelsier/Hoid dynamic (not necessarily as a ship, just in general). I think Kelsier would look down on Hoid for not having a crew. I think having a group of people you care about and take responsibility for is something that Kelsier thinks everyone should have. And he will get so mad at Hoid, because he CLEARLY cares about Kaladin, Shallan and the Kholins, but refuses to commit. He would be so pissed, just out of principle, because like these people need help! And Hoid has all the skills to help them! But instead he comes and goes, drops choice tidbits of information and says stuff like "If i need to let this planet [where people I care about live] burn, I will let it happen."
Kelsier dislikes that his enemy has unprossesed feelings.

OUGH! CLASPS HANDS TOGETHER. This is such a good thought.
Their relationship in general is one built on a major degree of mistrust, and Hoid has a terrible history of not doing well with getting Actually close to people. He's used to keeping them at arm's length, even if he genuinely cares for and loves them.
Kelsier craves connection just as much, but he places a Lot of emphasis on loyalty - very evident in his interactions with his crew in TFE, as well as the inner workings of the Ghostbloods.
Kelsier genuinely cares. Hoid genuinely cares. What I find ironic, yet beautiful, is that despite their difference in viewpoints (the former's "I like you, let's get close" and the latter's "I like you, you should stay away from me"), they share the love language of acts of service. They show it in generally unspoken actions - smoothing out briefly mentioned problems, noticing lacking items and fetching them, defending against mockery and abuse.
Hoid craves what Kelsier values, in a way. Mutual trust, someone to be truly open with, someone willing to go along with his ridiculous schemes. Things he could have, but denies himself for fear of losing them. Alas, even that doesn't really work, so he just ends up alone out of self-inflicted habit.
It would absolutely irritate Kelsier, because he would notice it clear as day, and Hoid has the tendency to be stubborn about acting like he knows best. He insists that it's reasonable, what he does, or at least inevitable. "It's just how it is," and all that. "It's what I am."
And if that is not a terribly frustrating mindset to deal with...
The last time hoid had a good crew, they killed god and broke up superhard.
Kelsier views this as a skill issue.
In all fairness, Kelsier's crew also aimed to kill god, but he died and left them to fend for themselves.
Not so different after all, I suppose...
SomeBODY sees my vision. Kelsier is fully onboard with killing god and then later becoming gods (another place where Hoid kinda flunked his chance in his opinion), but the breaking up super hard part... Yeah, total skill issue, HE continued watching over and helping them even after death, what's a little godhood in comparison to that.
THISSS. This. An excellent example of how they disagree in the other's methods of showing care.
Kelsier took up the power because he believed that he could be there to help and save his loved ones with it. Hoid would say there were elements of delusions of grandeur in the action.
Hoid didn't take the power up, one could theorize, at least in part because he believed he should not be trusted with it. āI'm dangerous, I'm terrible, I lie, I cause pain,ā and other age old warnings that he gives to those he loves. Kelsier would say it was a cowardly and selfish decision.
They would both be right.

wtf were hoid's lightweaver truths? he's ten thousand years old, he's got a lot of lies on hand. "i killed god"? "i actually hated kelsier so much because i had a crush on him"? "i sometimes still daydream of killing kaladin for losing my flute"???
