Looking for ANIMATORS for horror game! [3D]

Rates are 30 USD the animated second of 3D animation with one character, for example 5 seconds of animation is 150 USD, more characters more per second.
I’m looking for animators, don’t apply with your 3D models or rigs, but with animation, I want to see some sort of portfolio, if you have scenes from a show, or run cycles for a game please show me. I don’t care if you’re a generalist but I need good animation.
The animation process is similar to how Disney animates, we work on keys, do breakdowns and then we clean the splines, (eg: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FM8fXYZ-6u0) you must be comfortable with using live action reference and working with a focus on silhouette and characterization. quality wise I’m not asking for Disney quality here but you need to at-least match current indie horror darlings, games like ( https://youtu.be/_JkdZOQomZc?t=23 or https://youtu.be/NP4AuKdb_dA?t=2159 ) you know… my competition.
We can make accommodations to train you how to animate in Blender if you can prove good enough in other software.
The game is being pitched to investors you will work with me to define the feel of the game, the process and technology that the game uses is very new and most of it is created by yours truly, it looks like a ghibli movie brought to life.
