Hello! I have a DC OC I made and have been working on for a long while. I'd love for it to be commented on. In fact, if some people can make artwork for her and maybe even start a webcomic series with it I'd be so happy! But hey, either way- this is Lois Deus.

*(Lois Deus is a 15 - 16 year old girl with heterochromia, her left eye being Hazel and her right eye being Blue. She wears a pair of Warwick Circular Frame Glasses. Her skin is a dark brown with pale white patches (Due to vitiligo) While her hair is black with blonde streaks. (height is 5'4 - 5'6) Although she appears (And presents) as a female, she's actually gender fluid & Non-Binary. She is a Godling / Demigod.

Personality: Much to many people's surprise- She is a lot more competent than most. In a general description- She is polite, patient, demure, calm, quiet, intelligent, loyal, logical, moralistic and brave- although she has the tendency to be pessimistic or lazy. She is prone to panic attacks and has trust issues, resulting in a tendency to be suspicious and cautious of people and things. She rarely expresses her own emotions and has trouble understanding people's emotions and how they correspond with their actions. [mostly due to her Anti-social personality disorder/ASPD & upbringing she tends to keep to herself to cope with her trauma and problems. She has hyperactive tendencies that are definitely a product of Attention-deficit & hyperactivity disorder/ADHD]

...Alternatively, it's revealed she has an alternate personality. Referred to as "Deus". (Deus...translates into Latin meaning "God") It is a manifestation of her trauma, fears, insecurities and negative emotions.

Her secondary personality at first seems fearless, childish, witty, and quirky, which covers up the more psychotic aspects to it- being unstable insane, sadistic, calculating, vicious, violent, and extremely unpredictable. it seems to have it's limits to who is able to be subjected to her cruelty. Or what are most likely preferences. Deus has no qualms with killing others and using it's powers at it's leisure. Don't get in it's way. Noticeably, when Deus is active, Lois's eyes change into more...intimidating colors. [Her left eye goes from Hazel to Amber- While her right eye goes from Blue to Gray]

Facts: Lois has Claustrophobia (the irrational fear of confined spaces.) and Agoraphobia( fear of entering open or crowded places. likely to cause situations that might cause panic, helplessness, or embarrassment.) She tends to crush on people easily, She is Demisexual (She does not experience sexual attraction until she has formed a close or deep emotional connection or bond with someone. It is sometimes defined as one who only experiences secondary sexual attraction.) & Panromantic (Her romantic attraction is influenced by other factors, such as presentation or personality. While she may have a preference for a certain gender identity, gender is not a factor in her attraction.)

She has a satchel [with a snake & apple pattern] that is a Subspace bag Lois carries everywhere she goes. Its capacity is unknown as it shares the same relative terms as the concept of Subspace, therefore it can be assumed it can carry quite a bit. Lore: Her mother is Eris, the Greek Goddess of Strife and Discord. While her father is Loki the God of Mischief and Deception. Her parents weren't physically abusive, but were definitely cold and stifling (even hiring bounty hunters to bring her back at some point).

Tired of her life living as a prisoner to her parents, she attempts to escape. And as a punishment, she was disowned and sent to the mortal world. After being disowned and her immortality being altered (So that When killed, she will always return to life, therefore still immortal, but no longer invincible. She can be injured like anyone else...and feel pain. Being unable to die. Ever. Along with her ability to connect emotionally with others, [Intended to make her struggle with making strong relationships.]

Lois, now a young adult had no one left, nowhere to go. And with that, she chose to live a mortal life without recalling her Godhood. In that case she simply appears as a Teenager with no memory or past. Even though she acknowledges that she's a god-like being, she refuses to be called a god and never even refers to herself as a former one. [She doesn't even like to mention Mount Olympus or The Nine Worlds/Níu Heimar.]

Curses: As a result of falling from grace, The form of immortality that she was cursed with is called "Resurrective Immortality", wherein, even if she was to die, she will always return to life and look none the worse for wear. This is also considered a form of regeneration, although she can still be injured- the same as any mortal, however, death cannot hold her soul and her body will always reform. This form of immortality has its pros and cons; for someone like Lois who loves the thrill of battle, it means she will never truly fall and will always be able to fight more, or the fact she can get a higher adrenaline rush than a mortal, able to take any and every risk. However, due to never truly dying, she can be tortured indefinitely without the chance of ever dying, which is much worse. (Subverted, as she has an extreme pain-tolerance.)

Emotional Unavailability: Lois in general has a Distant, cold, or aloof demeanor- A difficulty talking about feelings and emotions. She has an Inability to understand and relate to others’ feelings, often getting Defensive when asked to change or let others in which often results in her shutting down or avoiding topics that require emotional openness. She impulsively withdraws from people or situations that provoke emotional reactions. She struggles with being vulnerable purposely avoiding intimacy and commitment.

Powers/Abilities: Shape-Shifting / Mimicry: She can change her shape, size, color, density, texture, cellular composition, and/or atomic composition to mimic qualities, impersonate entities, amplify abilities, and/or traverse environments. Lois Deus is a teenager, standing between 5'4" and 5'6". She has heterochromia, with her left eye hazel and right eye blue; when experiencing negative emotions, her left eye shifts to amber and her right eye to gray. Her skin is a rich dark brown peppered with pale patches due to vitiligo. Lois's hair is black and curly, featuring vibrant red-orange streaks, and she often styles it into two low twin tails tied into buns with decorative hair sticks.

In her civilian attire, Lois wears a pair of Warwick Circular Frame Glasses. Her casual look includes an oversized zip-up hoodie, typically adorned with either a star, apple or snake designs, paired with a blouse, a gingham patterned pleated mini-skirt, lace-trimmed, knee-high leg warmers, ankle socks, and platform sneakers. To complete her look, she sports a beret embellished with pins and patches. History

Lois Laufey Deus was born to Loki, the God of Mischief, and Eris, the Goddess of Strife and Discord, making her a prominent figure in the mythological pantheon. As the older of two twins, Lois shared a close bond with her brother Erik Erinye Deus, who was often seen as the weaker sibling.

Growing up, Lois faced a tumultuous childhood. A product of her parents’ neglect and abuse, she was trained from a young age to be a lethal weapon, solving conflicts with violence. The only solace in her life was her relationship with Erik, who provided emotional support amidst the chaos.

After learning that she would be crowned as a god therefore binding her to the celestial plane, In a desperate attempt to escape her oppressive life, Lois tried to flee at the age of twelve. Unfortunately, she was captured, tortured, and forced to witness Erik’s execution by having molten Imperial gold (An ore specifically deadly to monsters, immortals, and their descendants.) poured down his throat, killing him. Afterwards she was disowned and abandoned in the mortal world.

With nowhere to go, Lois wandered until she encountered a dog that she named Erik, unknowingly a reincarnation of her brother as a hellhound—a spawn of Cerberus and Fenrir. (Erik, in normal form only has one head, being 24 inches tall and weighing 90 pounds. When in Hellhound Giant form he has three heads, is 24 feet tall and weighs 90 tons. He has the ability to use shadow teleportation and has near invincibility.) After realizing this, their bond strengthened, reflecting the sibling connection they once shared. (When she became a hero, Erik was given the alias “Angelus” Latin for Angel.

Considered an anomaly due to her godly heritage, Lois was eventually tracked and captured by the government. At just twelve years old, she became part of Task Force X (Suicide Squad) under Amanda Waller. After a tumultuous year, Jason Todd, also known as the Red Hood, adopted her, raising her as his daughter.

By fourteen, Lois joined the Teen Titans, due to a recommendation from Dick Grayson (Nightwing). She quickly became a trusted member of the team, forming strong friendships with Raven and developing a sisterly bond with Starfire. Despite her experiences, Lois prefers a mortal life, eschewing her godhood while acknowledging her divine nature. She refrains from calling herself a god and avoids recalling her past with Mount Olympus and the Nine Worlds.

In her hero attire, Lois wears a form-fitting base suit complemented by segmented armor pieces made from lightweight, bullet- and fireproof material, providing protection to vital areas. She wears platform boots, fingerless gloves, a pair of multifunctional goggles (that replace her glasses and also work as sunglasses, or a camera with thermal, x-ray, and night vision), she wears various tactical gear, including a gas mask with a visor that displays animated expressions. Her attire is completed by a cropped, asymmetrical sleeveless jacket, cargo pants with zippered pockets, and a utility belt for gadgets.

Although capable of materializing any weapon, Lois prefers using fire or pole arms, particularly a halberd or a War hammer for Melee combat. And for ranged combat she either uses a pair of Desert Eagle Pistols or a high-caliber sniper rifle that combines features of a sniper rifle and crossbow. This weapon allows her to achieve remarkable accuracy from distances of up to 6 miles (about 10 kilometers).

It’s a crown that when worn, floats around her head, which has larger pieces of floating golden pillars (with snake symbols) that seem to resemble a larger crown that surrounds her. The different parts of the crown symbolize her various aspects of power, authority, and leadership. The design and shape of the crown resembles that of a Lauel Wreath with an apple insignia which indicates her rank and position in the celestial world. This also changes her appearance, giving her an “Astral Dress” or Raiment (Celestial armor or clothing created by her Divine power.) that takes the form of an elaborate flowing ball gown which exposes a small portion of her chest / stomach area. The undersides of the dress and sleeves show a cosmos-design. The dress has ruffles with the same transparent color as water droplets. , and in her hair ornaments, designed like white lilies, stars, cherry blossoms and moon phases, made out of a mysterious crystal material. Gold jewelry adorns her neck, shoulders, and torso- a golden cross connected to a beaded rope around the waist of the dress. On her feet Lois wears a pair of sandalia proper (greek sandals) The Dress is described to exude a radiance similar to the Northern Lights.
