The color question: Probably our hardest decision since we started designing the SS2021 Collection. We made the final decision - with your support😘 For the high-waist trousers, the crop top and the jumpsuit it was pretty easy for us to decide about the final color. But for the dress we weren’t able to get a clear majority within our team. So we decided to let you decide in our stories and that’s what we did: Almost 80% decided for the color on the right of the two colors we proposed in the voting. Ladies, we’re proud to present the SS2021 Collection of CALAJOLIE ❤️❤️❤️ A few people asked us why we don’t just take both colors or even more? The answer is very simple: Because of the costs🙈 It’s so extremely expensive to get on the fashion market with high quality fabrics, manufacturing and everything around it. It would be a lot cheaper if our quality requirements were lower. But this is something we never wanted to accept. We wanna work with real pros and deliver high quality! We have a little update☺️ After the first sample round we decided to change the dress design. So for a while we won’t be able to show you the actual design as photography. It will remain a drawing. But a little bit of waiting increases the desire to see the final product, right?☺️ You can’t imagine how much we’re looking forward to receive and try on the next samples🤩 Meanwhile we’re working on building a massive partnership crew. We finally received them! The first samples! But… Attention: The color is not the final one yet. The samples came in available fabrics the manufacturer had. At this stage it’s just about the cut and fit. We’re very happy with the cut! Only the dress and the top needs to be adjusted a little bit and will go into the second round of the sampling process. So the colors of the pieces are not the final ones. For the jumpsuit and the top a black version came and the trousers are also very dark. We wanna use bright colors for the SS2021 Collection just like you suggested in the color selection contest☺️ So there will still be a nice surprise in a few weeks with the final looks!🤗 We’re very curious how the pieces will look like in our final colors. Now we made a first shooting in the studio of our friend @photo_by_arkadius . This picture shows our designer Claudia wearing the jumpsuit in a funny position🙃 As soon as we’ll have the final pieces we’re gonna make shootings with real models.
