When I was a kid I had this like imaginary soap opera about dogs going in my head that I would daydream about while on long car rides. I had a whole cast of dog characters. Most of them were regular cast with regular storylines, but I also had a Charlie’s Angels-esque spy trio, a local bully gang and the “Belgian Mafia” made up of Belgian Shepherds.

I also did this for horses.

her nonprofit the imagination library sends out monthly books, completely free of charge, to any child that wants it. anyone who knows anything about reading education will tell you that simply putting books into children’s homes is the best way to promote literacy. they even have braille and audio options!
