So many milestones happened today! I lost 4 more lbs this week, making me 31 lbs away from my ultimate goal weight. I officially am a size 12! I fit into a large at Express! But the cherry on top was that a jogged an entire mile non stop and now have a new best time! Seriously was looking at myself in the mirror like, I love this woman! She never quit! We survived 2016! That alone is an accomplishment! This year, I plan on crushing the rest of my goals! Gym is at the top of that list! Going at least 3 times a week. Losing the remaining weight, and stay on plan!
The Gain and Loss Game
So there is a reason after surgery they don't want you weighing yourself every day... Or at all for that matter. Friday I was down 3 lbs, Sunday I'm up 1.5 lbs. I know your thinking "what's the big deal? It can be anything." For me it's absolute panic! My biggest fear is gaining the weight back. I go into straight panic mode! I wasn't on plan yesterday, but I didn't go crazy. It's actually impossible to have gained anything other then muscle or water, but it still messes with my mind. So today it's back to basics. Water... A lot of water. Protein... Nothing but protein. Veggies... I got to incorporate veggies more. I think that is my down fall. Getting the vegetables in is so hard when you have a tiny stomach. One, I fill up on them so fast. They don't always sit well in my stomach. I can't eat salad yet. I'm 4 months out, so stalls are bound to happen. The holidays are tough. However I'm staying away from the sweets... Need to focus!
