WHAT THE FREAK DOES PEST'S SHIRT SAY

So I'm trying to make a Pest cosplay and I went to the wiki to see what his shirt says but like. Huh. The characters on his shirt (こうかいする, or koukaisuru) don't match the characters in the description (こうかいせよ, or koukaiseyo). "こうかいする" translates to "publish" on Google Translate and I didn't get any results on Jisho. "こうかいせよ" translates to "please do it" on Google translate, and, again, no results on Jisho. According to like every source I could find, "こうかい" (or koukai) means regret; the word his shirt is supposed to say, so uh. Am I missing something? Is there an honorific in there somewhere?? I have eight tabs of Japanese dictionary websites open trying to figure this out please help me TwT

noticing a huge lack of hq fics in the pressure x reader tags... yeahhh virtually no hq works existing in the tags (as far as i can tell) is very much a crime in my definitely-not-biased opinion, so here's my contribution:

hq loves a significant other who checks in on him frequently while he works. his job is stressful, and he pushes himself far past his limits constantly, however his s/o is always there for him whenever he needs them. whether they're bringing him food and water, a fresh pack of cigarettes, or just their presence, it doesn't matter—hq always feels far more at ease whenever his significant other steps into his office. this is amplified extremely during the blacksite lockdown as well: hq is far too stressed and overworked from constantly having to guide so many batches of expendables at once during this time. simply bring him what he needs and stick around in his office for a bit: suddenly, hq starts to feel energized and rejuvenated again in no time.

hope this isnt shit, i lowkey just started typing words here,,, also, i havent rlly written in a bit because of writer's block, so i hope this at least makes sense. i miss hq duuuude... where are the fics for him... daaaammn...... 😓💔
