Aurora frowned at the apology of bothering her when he hadn’t been a bother at all, the poor young man, she thought. “No bother at all.” she promised him, only to find herself with a small bouquet of flowers. “Oh these are lovely, you arranged them very well.” She had seen so many poor arrangements, seeing one so lovely took her by surprise. “I do, flowers are honestly my favorite.” And receiving them from another made her feel all the better. “Thank you so much, you’re quite kind young man.”
Basil smiled at the reassurance that he hadn’t been a bother, visibly relaxing as he stood beside her, watching her as she accepted the flowers. “Oh, well, thank you. I’m still learning some of the arrangements but I try to get a lot of practice” he flushed, giggling softly. “Mine too! What are your favourites?” he asked with a bright smile, hopefully he’d managed to put some in the bouquet without knowing. That would have been a really great coincidence. “You’re most welcome, it’s the least that I could do, really”
