(^•ᴥ•^)— Why were kids so cruel? Was it really so difficult for humans to treat animals kindly? Is the concept behind seeing another living creature helpless and in pain that thrilling? Michi didn’t understand the minds of people, or their hearts…he never has. But it’s always been extra confusing when it came down to their abusive nature, especially if Michi himself became involved-which he often did.
He…never thought he’d be cornered and captured so easily. He was a fast runner after all, and that small body of his could be taken advantage of when trying to hide or sneak away. But..luck had overlooked the shiba inu today. The boys, no older than 16 if he had to guess, had trapped him between their bodies and a brick wall; when he tried to run through their legs, one snatched him by the tail, yanking him back with enough merciless force to push a pained cry from him. Michi didn’t know what they wanted with him, what their evil motives were and he really did not want to find out. With the Fourth of July coming up, Michi feared the absolute worst.
The piercing sound of ripping duct tape filled his ears before Michi knew what was happening, and then one had pinned him down by the scruff of his neck. He fought, thrashed, cried, and attempted to bite the horrible hands surrounding him, but his face was pressed into the ground by an elbow. Sticky tape was wrapped tightly around his front paws, followed by his back legs. No way to move, no way to run. Panic, pure, crippling panic filled Michi’s chest until he thought he might die right then and there. It was probably better then what these kids were planning to do. But Michi found an opening when they went to tape up his jaws, using the chance to bite down hard on the closest hand; he instantly tasted blood. The boy cursed and yelped, and right when Michi tried to move, he received a violent kick directly to his head. Pain exploded at the front of his skull and he yelped, falling dead weight to the ground.
Michi didn’t remember what occurred after that, not really. He’d only passed out but apparently the boys thought they’d killed him; which obviously meant they had no further use for him. What fun would that be? So instead they just left him there, bleeding from the head and barely conscious. It was possibly an hour later that Michi regained sense, blearily sitting up the best he could. Feeling desperate and scared, he began chewing through the joined duct tape over his legs, managing to break through them both, but…that still left tape around each paw. It was incredibly painful, but…Michi started nibbling and pulling at the stuff, unable to keep down his whimpers. Each touch yanked on his fur, and it got to the point where he could do no more because of the pain. However…he kept trying despite that, hoping he’d somehow get it all off without too much damage….
Have you ever been at home just minding your own business when suddenly you get a bad feeling? One that makes your stomach drop and your brow sweat? Well Kain was experiencing that feeling right about now. It was new to him but he was sure there was something wrong. Something wrong with someone he knew. He felt like a mother who was fretting over her child. The wolf sat down his book, grabbed his coat and slipped on his boots. Mind as well go check it out or he was going to suffer the rest of the evening. Once the lupus made it outside he stopped for a moment and took a sniff of the air. Blood. Whose blood? He stepped further outside and took a bigger intake. Michi. He could smell the boy's scent tangle with the scent of blood. Kain's eyes narrowed. "What has he gotten himself into..?"
The lupus turned to his right and followed the smell that was only getting thicker. His nose twitched as he closed in because now several different scents were becoming present. Probably those who had hurt the boy. Which were going to pay when he got finished helping the pup out. Kain soon turned the corner and saw the Shiba chewing at the tape that was stuck quite nicely into his fur. Of course it was.. it was duck tape. The older man sighed as he bent down. "Stop chewing at it. You're going to make it worse," He said as he gently patted the boy's muzzle from his fur. He didn't even have to ask who this because he had already remembered their scents. "You're a mess." How cruel.
The lupus picked the Shiba up and held him under his arm. "Come on." Though he was gentle which was surprising for Kain. He was never gentle. But -- something made him the man he use to be when he was around Michi. Maybe it was the boy's purity. He didn't know but he knew that the Shiba didn't deserve the treatment that he gave everyone else. "I'm going to sit you down for a moment, okay? I want you to sit here and don't let me catch you picking at that tape. I would hate to have to spank you." He's not a child, Kain. The lupus sat the boy within his hide out when he was doing a job within Japan. A nice tool shed that laid at the edge of the woods. "I mean it, don't chew at the tape." and then he shut the door after turning on the light. It was nice instead, but it was full of guns, and other dangerous objects. Usually he let Merle in because Kain liked transforming and eating those he caught.
"Alright then. Dinner time." Kain sank into the shadows and changed within a moments notice. He used the shadows to move considering he blended right in. The scents just under his nose. The lupus's pastel eyes scanned the area and realized the teens were sitting around the park, smoking. Where brats like them got smokes was beyond him. Kain sat there for a good five minutes his large form calculating just how long he needed to eat them all out. If he did it now then it would take no longer than six minutes. He wasn't all that hungry so many three. He just needed to tear out their stomachs and take their heads. It was rather dark around this time so he just needed to avoid street lamps.
The lupus stepped from the shadows and headed toward his targets. Okay, three against one. Kain liked those odds. The wolf soon pounced from the shadows and dragged the first boy to the ground, snapping his neck. By this time the other two thought it was okay to try and run. How foolish. Kain caught the second by his ankle and the swiped the other off his feet, it didn't take him long before he had killed the boys. He dragged them back under a street lamp and proceeded to rip into their stomachs. Blood staining the children's play area and his black fur. They tasted absolutely disgusting. When guts and other pieces were scattered and there was enough blood to slip in, he stepped back and admired his work. Lovely, red made everyone look better~ Kain then snatched the heads by their hair and padded back into the shadows. The kill had been nearly silent besides the slight screams. He was sure it would be on the news in the morning.
It was actually quite ridiculous how easily the lupus could move through the city unseen by human eyes. Though when you were a fucking large animal, you learned to take the short cuts such as jumping from building top to building top. Kain dropped the first boy's head onto his parent's front step and did the exact same with the other two boys. One boy was messing his eyes, another his tongue and the last his ears. Speak no evil. Hear no evil. See no evil. Kain licked at his paws before heading back to the tool shed that he had left the Shiba in. They would never find out who did it because Kain was a skilled bounty hunter.. killing for so long taught you to be a ghost. The lupus only changed back when he was in front of the tool shed. He wipe his mouth and cleaned out his teeth, luckily his clothes were clean with only small traces of blood. The lupus composed himself and opened the door, "Come on, pup." He snatched the dog up gently and turned off the light.
He kept the boy close to him, and he was sure that Michi was going to smell the blood. What dog wouldn't? The man headed back to his apartment and soon they were inside. "Lets get you a bath, and I'll get that tape off." Kain stepped into the bath and sat the pup down, leaning over and starting the water. When it was just right he sat Michi in and the left the bathroom only to return moments later with a pair of scissors. "I'm just going to get the tape off, okay?" He said before even stepping any closer. He didn't want the boy to freak out or anything. "I might have to take off some fur but at least the tape will be gone." He bent down in front of the tub after rolling up his sleeves. "You ready?"
"My hand?" Although Jin could not see very many reasons why this man would want this part of him, it did not stop him from extending his limb and offering the flesh to the wolf, scarlet optics watching ever-so carefully at the other’s reaction. Perhaps he would sink his teeth in the veins that lay on his wrist. Maybe he would nibble at his fingertips. Oh, the possibilities were endless, and either way, it was excruciating to wait. On the verge of begging he was, indeed.
↪; When Kain was presented the piece he had asked for he had a smirk on his lips. "Now, let's have a little appetizer." The person that owned this place didn't have cameras so he didn't have to worry about that. The wolf lowered his head and opened his mouth, letting his sharp canines of top and bottom be exposed. "Hmm.." He hummed before they sank down into the flesh of the underside of Jin's wrist all to harshly. Kain tore away some flesh along with the blood that he had wanted, blood filling his hand but he hadn't hit a main vein. Not yet at least. "Mm.." His eyes closing as he swallowed down the bit he had gotten. "Mighty fine.."

✖—— } "I never said it was flattering." A perfectly practiced role of green hues, reaching two hands up to adjust his hat slightly—it was incredibly heavy, actually, and sometimes when walking it would tilt to the front. “I’m not sure if I want to touch your ears that bad," He hummed thoughtfully, not sure if giving up his cheeky attitude would be worth feeling the abnormal appendages. “Do you not like assholes?" You can take that however you want. For now, Fran will ignore the ‘not a cat’ comment and file away the fact he doesn’t appreciate being called a such. “We’re not on a date? I guess that means I should stop being nice to you then." He said this in a voice that conveyed he was an angel in a frog hat and human skin the whole time. “I’m kind of disappointed," Though his apathetic voice and face to match showed otherwise. “I’ve never been on a date before." You can probably guess why.
↪; "Somehow I believed you thought it was." Kain mumbled sarcastically. The lupus side glanced to watch the boy adjust his hat, and something told him it was probably really heavy. Kain wondered if he gave the hat a tilt, would the boy topple over? Hm, it was a interesting thought. "Your loss, baby frog." The wolf said with a shrug of his shoulders. He would rather not the boy touch his ears anyway, they were awfully sensitive. "I'm not answering that." If he even said something remotely close to an answer to that question then Fran was never going to let him live it down. Kain now realized he shouldn't act so bothered and the other wouldn't have any more material. "No, we're not on a date and I quite frankly don't ever remember you being nice." He said as they rounded the corner. Angel my ass. "Disappointed?" Was he really? Kain couldn't tell but he knew that the boy wasn't lying when he said he'd never been on one. "I'll take you out some other time when you're not being a little shit."
You see, Jin enjoyed thinking solely about what he could do to others, and what would happen in return. It was his ever-present sadomasochism — his need to be hurt and to hurt others as well. It was the sweetest torture to never have those feelings leave your mind. “How long to I have to wait? Patience is not my virtue. I’m a very selfish person, you know. Such as, in lieu of you not being able to feast on me, perhaps you could exhibit all those nasty habits you mentioned?" Pretty please?
↪; Kain was the exact opposite. He liked thinking about what he could do to others not so much about what others could do to him. Causing Kain pain only got you killed in the end. Such as if the boy were to dig his fingers into the wound the lycan had in his side from a silver bullet, it was a no no. "I can tell," He grinned as he shook his head. It was like this person was on the verge of begging and Kain didn't mind it. "Just until the shop owner gets back. How about in the mean time you give me your hand."
Not cats especially. Being a fair folk, Florian held a huge not only disliking but also fear for felines. It was probably this served as a reason why he felt intimidated by the other. When the other had leaned in close to him, the elfen backed away, covering his face with both hands. Anything but the face; he’d rather have his limbs torn of his torso, just to keep a scratch from reaching his face — although the idea of being tear off limb to limb scared him greatly. The small part fairy part elf boy shivered as the wolf man counted numbers and his close proximity made his body fell numb. “I-I’m sorry" He sobbed out, sniffling about whilst face still being hidden. Should he play dead to get this wolf away from him? It was his first time encountering such creatures too, and Florian hadn’t a clue how to handle his fear.
↪; Kain could deal with cats but he couldn't deal with the fair folk. All of them were annoying and he'd rather burn their wings than play nice. He was just that type of person. -- Don't even get him started on the elves. He hated them too, just like the fair folk he'd rather rip their pointy ears from their head rather than try to stomach their company. He was really a foul person. Being born into a pure line didn't have anything to do with his personality, betrayal did. So it wasn't like he thought he was better, maybe a little, but mostly because he didn't have the patience. Watching the boy in front of him succumb to him was probably the most amusing thing he'd come across yet. Kain thought for a moment, scratching his chin. "I suppose I'll forgive you.. but only if you promise never to do it again."

Sharp teeth? All the better to eat him with. “I tend to come off rather intolerable at first, but eventually people begin to realize that I’m just a man with a bunch of kinks and some nasty habits that die hard." That smirk gave his chills that scraped down his spine. “In fact, if you ate me right now I wouldn’t mind too much." No, in fact, he’d probably be turned on.
↪; It seemed this male actually enjoyed the thrill of just thinking about the things that Kain could do to him. It was such a nice change of pace. "Is that so? I must say that I'm happy to hear that. I have some nasty habits as well." He chuckled, if he had a tail, it would definitely be saying right about now. Mischief was his middle name. "Oh really? If this was my book store then I'd let you have it but sadly you might just have to wait." Such a filthy person.. Kain liked it.
(^•ᴥ•^)— "Oh..! N-No, jus’, jus’ th’ meat.." Ah, there it is-a smile, very brilliant and unrestrained. To think such an expression can be brought upon so effortlessly by steak of all things…But then, Michi has never in his life had the pleasure, the privilege of having steak. He’s only seen pictures, watched other people eat it with friends or family, merely smelt it’s delicious aroma from restaurants. He’s always been living on the streets, and not even homeless shelters give out food as pricey and fancy as steak. So to be able to actually eat it…to have it cooked right in front of him, only for him….This…Is this heaven? It’s also kind of horrible how he’s so focused on the food that he doesn’t notice the wolf’s poor state at first.
Absently noting that there were bar stools lined up at the island, Michi groped around for the closest one to him without taking his eyes off of that meat or the hands preparing it. The shiba slipped his bottom onto the round seat, hands stuffed between his thighs and gripping the stool’s edge. He leaned forward as the wonderful sizzling began, lifting his chin to take a big, long sniff. “Heavens t’ Betsy…"
↪; Kain nodded as he put the potato back where it belonged. He needed something to drink so he headed over to the counter and got himself a wine glass. While his right hand was tending to the meat the wolf was pouring himself a glass of blood red wine. Nothing like a small afternoon drink. The silence between them was now comfortable with Michi drooling over food and not acting like he was the one next on the fryer. It was definitely a peaceful atmosphere. It was like he was cooking for someone he had known for ages. Is this what things were suppose to be like? He didn't know but he was enjoying it. The wolf flipped the steaks, they were just about done. In the silence with the occasional comments from the pup, the wolf was thinking about his life. What was he doing with it? Killing, and ruining people. He was a terrible person. Is this what pure people did to you? They made you hate yourself even for a second.
"Be careful and don't fall off the stool. -- I'll laugh at you." Said the wolf as he slid the steaks on to the plate that he laid out before hand. He sat the hot pan into the sink and ran cold water on it, while turning and shutting off the shove. When he was sue the pan was cool enough he turned off the water and slide the boy's plate in front of him. "There you go. Eat up." He poured the boy a glass of cold water from the fridge and sat it next to his plate. Kain sat his now empty wine glass into the sink with the pan, he'd wash them later. He headed to the living room and laid down on the couch, putting his arms across his stomach.
✖—— } "I just appreciate children, is all." Not saying any more on the matter, he shrugged frail shoulders. “Since you don’t seem to like even after I put so much hard work into it, you’re keeping the nickname." He could definitely use some stares after saying the words ‘baby genitals’ in public, he was sure they would be plenty of glares and appalled faces. “Why do you put them away? I didn’t even get to touch them," Fran mock complained, though he might have actually been a little disappointed—those ears looked somewhat soft. “It’s your fault for not being able to control yourself. Control your urges, little prostitute kitty." He obviously didn’t listen, and if he was at least eye level with the male he would have reached up to pat at his head. Once the man began walking, Fran quickened his pace to keep up before shifting his gaze upwards. “Aren’t you going to hold my hand? Isn’t that what people do on dates, Mister baby genitals?" Fran drawled out, raising his eyebrows mockingly.
↪; "Whatever baby frog." Kain said as he also let the subject drop. The kid was already nasty didn't need to actually anger him. Not that Kain was afraid of him or anything, he just didn't want to go through the trouble. "Of course I don't fucking like it. Don't call me. It's not flattering." It really wasn't and he definitely didn't want others to hear the other say something like that. Fran could say it all he wanted but that was only if Kain was no where to be found. People would really think he was a pervert if they heard that nickname be said. Damn it. "Maybe if you behave yourself I'll let you touch them but as of right now you're not touching anything." He scolded the other as if he were a five year old. His ears were extremely soft, thank you. "No, it's your fault for being a little asshole. Stop being an asshole and I'll start controlling myself." He huffed. "Not a cat." He murmured, angrily. This kid didn't listen to a word he said, Kain wondered why he was even trying. This is why he didn't want kids. Far to much trouble. "Yeah, if we were on a date. But we're not, and you aren't holding my hand. If you get lost that's your own damn fault."
