What Mr.D said at the end of 6x03

So at the end of 6x03 when Mr. Dilaurentis was talking to Alison and Jason and the camera went out the window to show Charles watching them, I watched it and then I went back and watched it again, very close to my TV. And I heard something like. “he was (blank)-on” and then i heard “(blank) months after Jason was born.” 

This could be implying that Charles was in fact the stillborn child of Mrs. D and Mr. H. And that is why they are saying that he is dead. IDEK anymore!

He discovered a frozen lake covered with rainwater that created the illusion of the dogs walking on water.
