Here’s a spoiler tag :)
The premise of the game he’d be an enemy for is A huge museum with giant books. The museum seems big because the player is actually very small. You jump into special books that take you to the worlds of mythology. Enemies in these worlds represent the style of the story. The museum is special, as it’s seemingly endless. The Museum Of Time: Keeps track of any and all events in history. Final boss is a giant man, an author that’s writing the books and stories. The keeper of time, writes out all events that happen in the world. Once beaten, the museum collapses. Defeating him frees time. No longer written by man, no longer already established. Nobody will know what happens next, but the world is now free to progress on its own timeline
The Canister: Spoiler
-
Book-Torso, opens up pages to either shoot out explosives, or blows himself up.
-
Norse theme.
Attacking:
Said Spoilers, as if they were in straight jackets, waddle about aimlessly and slowly. Shadowy arms would pulse from their book jackets. Once the enemy sees the player, the spiritual arms drag the body towards the player at a fast pace until it’s within arms length of them, ripping the book body open to shoot out explosive secrets. Bombardments of nordic runes will sprinkle out of the pages to cause massive amounts of explosive damage. The player would either need to dodge out of the way of the upcoming barrage, or wait until the slight pause when the book is pried open. During this pause, the player can attack the middle of the pages to deal damage to the enemy. If they try to attack with any other method beforehand, damage would be negated from the book's jacket and spine. Tearing the pages, or the secrets, away from the spoiler would take away its entire existence, defeating the enemy, and releasing the captured soul inside.
Bestiary (For Fun):
There is a legend about the Spoilers residing in the museum. Whether the legends are real or not due to other creatures presiding in the industrial house of knowledge is up to interpretation. Spoilers are another name for “Mimir’s Forgotten” Húsvættirs. Húsvættirs are house spirits that take care of a domain, and are given offerings for doing so. Mimir, the wisest of the gods of Aesir, was beheaded by Odin and kept in the world tree Yggdrasil. When Mimir’s head was severed from his body, these spirits were born from the corpse left behind. They each hold a valuable piece of information that belonged to the god, and travel the world learning more secrets to tell. But Odin hearing of these spirits running amok with the knowledge that rightfully belonged to him and the gods, he planted a curse onto the little beings, making it so the secrets they tell to others would explode once they left the spirits mouth. Due to this, the spirits of Mimir locked themselves in sealed books, trapping their mouths in bondage to never speak a soul. But Odin’s spell had other plans, and gained sentience in the form of two dark arms that, once seeing another person, would rip the book's pages open to blast out a sequence of deadly bombardments. Now the spirits, wrought with guilt to never attack another soul, hide themselves in places they would never be found in again. Mostly places that hold a plethora of information that either hasn’t been discovered by man, or were abandoned long ago
