Here is the information I wrote up for the "favorite show" and its audience. Is there enough here? If not, what more should I add? I wasn't sure how detailed we should be.
I don't think you can ever have too much audience analysis. One thing I would suggest is maybe adding to the Audience Demographic section with more specific information about who is watching the show like income, etc.

I'm not sure if these two cancelation posts sound like they'd actually come from a studio. Should I make them longer? Or are there any tips to make them seem more professional?
They sound good to me! I think professionalism is good but its also important to speak to your audience with whatever tone is appropriate for them.

This is one of my cancellation posts for my project. I was wondering if this was too plain or basic and if I should recreate it for Part 2.
Why long podcasts are better
When I listen to podcasts, I want them to be at least 30 minutes. One reason for this is that I like to listen to podcasts in the car while I'm driving. I don't want the episode to end before I get to my destination. Another reason is that I feel like a podcast needs at least 30 minutes to really explain the topic. If I am searching for a podcast on a specific topic and I find one that is shorter than this I will keep looking. I will only listen to that episode if there are no other podcasts to choose from, and since podcasts are such a saturated market, there are almost always other podcasts.
The 100
One show that I enjoyed in the beginning was The 100. Based on a series of books, it was a teen dystopian show. A lot of decisions made throughout the show upset fans, like killing characters or moments that felt out of character. I checked out of the show after season 3 or 4 because I stopped enjoying it and for me, that was definitely the right choice. When the show ended, I spoiled myself to see if I would want to go back and finish it… and yeah I'm good. This was a situation where the show's audience didn't feel heard by the showrunners.
The Society Cancelations
One show I really enjoyed was The Society on Netflix. It was a teen drama that was basically a modern Lord of the Flies. While I wouldn't say it was the best show of all time, I liked it and when a second season was confirmed I was excited. Then due to the Pandemic, The Society was canceled by Netflix on a cliffhanger. While I understood the Pandemic played a part in the show's cancellation, I was very frustrated with Netflix. Since then, I have stopped watching new shows on Netflix due to their habit of canceling them after one season. I don't see any reason to invest in their new shows if they won't get conclusions.
Check In
As I brainstorm for the Design Project, I've been thinking about the show cancellation announcements I've seen. Every time a show gets cancelled, there is some outrage from fans. While I don't think it is possible to avoid upsetting fans with the cancellation of their favorite show, it's still important that you manage it correctly. I'm currently thinking of using Instagram to work with, and for Instagram it would make sense to create a post and a story to announce the cancellation. With this in mind, I want to use Canva to create images for my posts since Instagram requires them. Is this a good idea, or is there a better way I should be creating these posts?
Drafting Essays
Listening to music has become a key part of my process for drafting essays. Being able to tune out the background noise and focus on the task at hand is crucial!

I really like your formatting! I would maybe put 2 other pictures of posts that you collected data from to fill out the space and give the audience an idea of what to expect from the content.
This post about my rats was one of the more popular that I selected. Given how many people aren't necessarily comfortable with rats as pets I was kind of surprised by the amount of engagement.
While I know that rats aren't the most popular pet, I feel like people who have rats love them so I could see them engaging a bit more with the post. I do think this will be an interesting post to analyze to understand why there may be more engagement for this post in particular. What time of day was it posted?

Firstly, I really like the colors you've chosen. While I think what you have is good, I don't think it would hurt to shrink the white section down a little and make it a bit more focused. But I really like that you've listed the variables that you will be considering!
Content Creation
For the How to Write Guide, I am looking forwards to creating content. I'm happy with my choice of accounts that are focused on topics I'm interested in. The accounts I chose are outdoorsy with many posts on hiking. This is a big interest of mine, I'm out hiking already at least once a week. I think this will make creating relevant content easy since I won't have to go that far out of my way. After doing my analysis, I also know what type of content I should create for my How to Write Guide, so I am excited for the challenge.
Data Elements
For my analysis, I decided to collect likes, comments, genre, and hashtags. Since my analysis is on Instagram, I also made note of whether the content was a standard post or a Reel. I made this decision because I felt it was better to have more data on each post rather than not enough. I had to collect data from more posts since originally I didn't have enough samples to answer my research question. However, with so much data to collect, I also didn't want to overwhelm myself more than necessary by gathering information that had no relevance whatsoever. It was important to decide which elements of the data truly mattered with this project.
