okay so beyonce had a whole HBCU theme, a black as fuck band and dancers, brought out solange, destiny’s child and jay, had FLAWLESS transitions, looked snatched as fuck after having twins, performed for an hour and a half with NO breaks other than costume changes and had FLAWLESS performances.

bey knew that her real true BLACK fans were at home so she made sure to make the performance optimized for video. we got the best seats in the house hands down.

she was unapologetically black. she made it known that she’s black, and all for black women and black liberation.

she let her dancers shine on stage. she gave black dancers a platform to showcase their craft.

you don’t have to like her, but you’re straight hating at this point if you can’t admit that she’s right up there for the BEST modern performer. watching this performance inspired me as a black woman to keep going for my creative dreams. i’m so inspired by Beyoncé.

Beyoncé IS the HARDEST working person in music and that’s just that. I will NOT let people call her overrated…. not when she’s pulling out performaces like this coachella one. The concept, the arrangement/remixes, the dancing, HER FUCKING VOICE; this woman had twins LAST YEAR!!!! Beyoncé has gotten to the point where she could put out mediorce shit and people would still eat it up but no she’d NEVER do that.
